We have several beaches which are 20-35 minutes drive (depending on traffic)
We do not believe in a long list of rules - We only ask that you respect, take care of our home & have fun! - We understand minor accidents happen & ask that we be notified immediately in consideration for the next guests arriving. We are very understanding Hosts and we do NOT nickel and dime our guests for minor accidents.
KITCHEN / DINING:
We assure you the Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking convenience. From a vast variety of spices, oil & vinegar, to utensils to high end cookware to appliances. Which includes mixer, blender, crock pot, can opener, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea & cocoa & condiments ( sugar & sweeteners)
Dining table is set for 6, but the table has a butterfly leaf to expand & extra chairs to comfortably sit 8. The kitchen has a pass thru bar with 3 adjustable bar stools.
LIVING ROOM(s): There are three common areas inside the home.
Gather/Fireplace Room: This room sits adjacent to the kitchen with pass thru window and counter top bar with 3 swivel bar stools. Over the fireplace sits a 55-inch flat panel Smart TV with Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, DVR Remote & Roku Sofa & love seat in which the sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Lift top coffee table on coasters for easy roll out convenience. Three sofa tables with built-in AC & USB ports for your devices.
The Sitting Room: Desk /chair/ monitor with complimentary office supplies including ink & paper for the wireless printer. This working desk/office area is perfect for those who Work Remotely or just simply want a nice landing spot for your laptop.
The Sitting room is also complimented with a two top Bistro Bar & adjustable bar stools. The sectional sofa is a queen pullout bed. The end sofa table has built-in AC/USB Ports.
The Great Room: This is a fabulous room with a spacious sectional couch, that also pulls out into a queen bed. This room has double sliding glass doors which open to the heated salt water pool and patio area. The wall across the couch is proportionally taken up with a 85 inch Flat Panel Smart TV. This TV is also Smart TV with Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, DVR Voice Remote & Roku Lift top coffee table on coasters for easy roll out convenience. End table is accented with touch lamp that come with AC & USB ports.
LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a spacious laundry room with full-size Whirlpool washer dryer available for your use. Fully stocked with complimentary laundry products. Ironing board, Iron, and steamer are also provided. Laundry room has Built-in counter top folding area with wooden hangers on above hanging rod.
BEDROOMS: Three large bedrooms - Split floor plan with Master & En-Suite bathroom on one side & two bedrooms on other side that share the Cabana Bathroom.
Bedroom 1 / Master Bedroom: Located on the main living area and has a KING bed and newly upgraded top of the line Saatva Plush Pillow Top Mattress. There’s a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, shelves, luggage racks, robes & slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
The Master also has an En-Suite bathroom and sliding doors that take you out to the beautiful patio area & heated salt water pool.
Bedroom 2: Located on the main living area and has a twin over queen bed with pull out twin trundle bed. Closet with wooden hangers, mirrors, luggage racks, robes and slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku . Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
Bedroom 3: Located on the main living area and has a Queen Beauty Rest Pillow Top Mattress. Closet with wooden hangers, mirrors, luggage racks, robes and slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku. Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Heated saltwater pool for year-round use. The pool temperature is always set/adjusted to the Guests liking/preference.
We have NO restrictions on the usage/temperature & do NOT charge extra like many others. Therefore, we cannot be held liable in the event the outside temperature drops too low for the pool heater to keep up. We will not issue any refunds except if the pool heater shows a malfunctioning.
NOTE: During our cooler nights on previous & current winters, the pool heater has kept up very well with guests raving about it. Always know, we allow the pool heater to run 24/7 if needed to maintain the temperature to your liking. I have an app on my phone that allows me to adjust up or down at anytime for you.
The patio /pool area is furnished with two tables with seating up to 10 along with a Bistro table located in the corner of the pool deck that provides privacy for two. Five lounging chairs and plenty of pool toys & floats for ALL ages.
Activities : We are 8 miles ( 15-20 min) from Wellington International Polo Club, 12 miles ( 20-30 min) from WEC. West Palm Beach has approximately 10 beaches which are about 20–35 minute drive. (depending on beach and traffic)
We provide beach chairs & umbrellas along with a beach wagon & some beach toys. Beach/pool towels, variety of sunscreen & tanning products are also provided.
You will find a "Things to Do" book in the house upon your arrival.
Garage: The garage is available for guests to use for parking. Pool toys and yard games (Corn Hole) are located on shelves for easy access. Garage door opener is included for your convenience. We kindly ask for you to be mindful & leave garage door opener upon departure.
Children/Kids: We have an abundant of Children books, games for all ages, mini folding wood crib, pak-n-play, high chair, children's dinnerware & utensils - Pak-N-Play is located on premises, while mini crib is stored off premises. IF needing mini crib, please advise ahead of your stay so it is there upon your arrival. Linens & blankets are provided with the crib.

About the owner: This was one of the first homes my husband and I purchased together in South Florida. We lived in it for a short time prior to moving to the Caribbean. We then turned it into an annual rental for the next 14 years.
My husband grew up in the Midwest, while I grew up in the Northwest. He has been in Florida since 1980 while I have been here since 2000. We both grew up in homes with pets, animals and lots of room to roam. This house gave us back our days of living free from all the hustle and bustle of city life
Why this property? This home holds a special place in our hearts. We purchased it as our "Country Home" to be away, but yet close to everything. The land itself is beautiful with wildlife, quietness & a sense of peace that the city just cannot offer. Yet, this home is close to everything with it only being 3.8 miles from Walgreens, Banks, Target, Walmart, Grocery Stores and a variety of restaurants for everyone's cravings & enjoyment.
Homes come and go, but this one will always stay with us. Now we offer this remote, peaceful, blissful home for others to enjoy. Waking up to the egrets talking to you thru the sitting room window is an experience in itself. One of my favorites was to sip my morning coffee on the back pool patio while watching the squirrels and ducks go about their morning.

We chose to stay here after looking at multiple overpriced hotel options because of the amount of space (3 bedrooms), and the pool looked fabulous. I am not typically an Air BnB person, in fact this was the first I’d ever booked and I am SOLD. There was no detail overlooked and it had everything you could possibly want or need. A perfect multi-generational house. Board games for all ages, a work space with a printer, tons of pool floaties and a fully stocked kitchen and bbq. And it was pristine. The host checked in on us after anrrival and gave me a contact number in case we had any problems. I could tell she cared about us having an enjoyable stay. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it, and would stay there again!

We are repeat guests who stay at Palm Country Bliss whenever we are passing through. The house is always impeccable & well stocked. The greatest part is that everything is all inclusive. If you are staying just a few days to a month plus, Dustie makes sure you have enough essentials for your entire stay. Which includes all paper products, coffee, laundry products, condiments and even office supplies. This is all complimentary so worth every penny as we do not have to go out and purchase NOR do we have to replace it.We will be booking/staying again and again. Oh and the welcome basket they leave is over the top with all kinds of goodies and snacks. Dustie even remembers our favorite beverages and has them in the fridge upon arrival. The pool has NO temp restrictions so it is set to whatever we want. We have stayed at many places that restrict the pool temp or make us pay extra. This is not the case with Dale & Dustie’s home. When they say “Everything is Complimentary & No Restrictions” They mean it.Thank you again Dale and Dustie!

We were a family of 6 with 3 adults, 1 young adult and 2 kids. The house is immaculate. We took things that we didn't even need because they were already there. Our plans changed unexpectedly and we ended up taking a 10 1/2 hour drive arriving in the area at midnight and Dustie was so kind to allow us to check in as the property was ready. The communication with her before, during, and after were truly wonderful. Responsive, attentive and most importantly genuine. The property is about 25-30 min from so many different beaches. We visited 3 different ones and had days we stayed at the house and just enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was graciously stocked with so many snacks, spices, and anything you can think of needing to cook. We played board games and were even able to use the beach chairs Dustie had in the garage. There is absolutely nothing the hosts haven't thought of for you and your family's comfort and convenience. It really felt like a home away from home for us. We loved it and look forward to visiting again. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

We've stayed at this house on 3 separate vacations and each one has been better than the last. Dustie has thought of every amenity for our stay, better than most 5-star hotels. The area is so peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to activities/restaurants if you want to leave this oasis. Everything from the interior to the outside pool with all the toys, this house has been equipped with top-notch, beautiful furnishings for an unforgettable vacation. Dustie was also a joy to communicate with, as it felt as though she was own personal concierge.

Every time we arrive we instantly notice all the new changes to the home (EV charger in the garage, new lanai and conversion to a saltwater pool just to name a few). We love this home as it is so organized, clean and everything has been carefully thought through. The pool is my favorite, my husband loves the big TV in the "movie room" and our dog loves to watch the birds and squirrels in the front yard from the big window. Dustie and Dale are excellent hosts. They are incredibly easy to get ahold of and response times are super fast. The pool is the star of the show here! My family and I spent hours in this pool. The kitchen was well stocked and Dustie had some of my kids' favorite snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were comfy. And there were TONS of towels available for use. All in all we had an epic good time and we can't wait to come back.

My family stayed in the house for two weeks whilst our house was being repaired. The house was immaculate inside and out. Dusty has really paid attention to every detail from the soft close drawers throughout the house to the stocked kitchen. I was very impressed and would certainly stay there again. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Country Bliss
