This fully furnished THIRD (!!) floor 2br/2ba condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 adults:
* Beachfront Master Bedroom with walk-out to 25-ft wide balcony features a king-size bed and a private bath with a bathtub.
* Second BR has a queen- and twin size beds (which most other units do not have).
* Living room has an expandable queen-size sofa and twin-size sleeper-ottoman.
There are three new flat-screen TVs (48", 32", and 32") with built-in WiFi blue-ray DVD players for your entertainment. This unit features tile floors throughout .
The unit is equipped with easy keyless entry: so, no more keys to keep up with, no more worries about getting a key 'after hours' or fear that someone has kept a key and could enter your condo during your stay. This new Keyless Entry System even lets you select your own code! Your code is only good for your stay and expires upon your departure!
Sterling Reef is low-density on-the-beach upscale complex. Sterling Reef amenities include a heated bi-level pool with connecting waterfall, fitness center overlooking the gulf, clubhouse with media room, movie rentals, sky BBQ grill terrace, and the convenience of covered parking in the same building.
The resort is located just to the east of the M.B. Miller County Pier with a completely un-obstructed view to the west and the most amazing gulf-front feel! There is nothing in between Sterling Reef and the M.B. Miller fishing pier (and never will be!), so you can enjoy 1700 feet of unspoiled and uncrowded beaches! Directly across the street is Shipwreck Island Water Park, a must for kids of all ages. Goofy Golf, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Zoo World and Gulf World – all of it just a stone throw from the resort.
The location is great, in the heart of Panama City – and with easy access to Middle Beach Road and US-98 – you will never be stuck in traffic!

Beach Chairs: Four high-quality folding beach chairs will be provided for you, which you can use either at the resort, or during your day-trips to beautiful Shell Island, St. Andrews Park, Rosemary Beach, Destin, ballpark, etc. So, no waiting for you in line in the morning just to get only two chairs in the third row from the ocean... :) Come down to the beach whenever you want, and put your chairs however close to the water you want!!!

Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. I could spend all day on that balcony and some days I did when I didn't feel like going out to the beach. The building is nice and everyone I met there was friendly. We can't wait to go back!! The only negative I had was the elevators. They were super slow especially in the evenings when people were coming back from the beach. Nothing terrible and if I did feel like I couldn't wait any longer well I just took the stairs which weren't too bad.

The location of this condo cannot be beat. Everything is with in a short driving distance yet not too much traffic or noise. The balcony views are incredible, and the owner is so easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay, and we will be back.

We went to Panama for a quick weekend and found this condo last minute. We reached out to the owner and he was very helpful and nice. When we arrived we were very happy with the location and the condo. It was more than enough room for myself, my son and 3 of his friends. (All teenagers) The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including nice beach chairs. We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

Booking was super easy and ILia was very kind. The arrival process was simple. No checking in at the front desk. You go straight to the room. The parking garage was a great feature. The condo was clean and well stocked with the initial supplies. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella! It was nice not to have to rent chairs. The facility was clean and well maintained. They have security on staff that monitors the garage and pool area. The ONLY thing I didn’t like: the arm bands. They were difficult to remove without damaging. That is a facility issue not an owner issue. I’m including that in my review so you are aware that you’ll be expected to wear them while on the grounds.

This place was absolutely amazing to stay at!!! It was in the perfect location and the view is extraordinary!!! I cannot say enough about this place and the host iLia. The host was super quick to answer any question I had. The host made everything great from beginning to end. The place itself was beautiful!! It fit our family of 5 great. There was plenty of room. Had everything needed to fix our own meals and eveyrthing worked perfectly. If you find some sand in the place when you start your stay, YOU are at the beach. Please do not give anything less than 5 stars for some sand in the floor. I could go on and on about how nice it was. Check in/out was a breeze. The whole place was great!! If you are thinking about this place stop thinking and just get it, you will not regret it. It took 5 minutes to get to the beach. We walked down the steps most days because it was quicker than the elevator. The beach is not crowded at all in front of the condo. You have some beach chairs provided to you and some inflatables to play with. The balcony view is breathtaking!!! If you want a condo on the beach then this one is it!!! I would recommend staying here and have already sent the website to some friends who are travelling to PCB in the next little bit. I will be staying again in the near future. First time to PCB and the place made it all that much better. Everything about this place is great. The only negative I have is......my vacation did not last longer!!!!

The condo was perfect for our vacation, it is family and kid friendly. It was very convenient to have a washer and a dryer as well as free parking in the same building. The condo has a stunning view of the beach and the ocean from the living room balcony and the bedroom. I will miss those quite evenings spent with my husband watching the sunset settling over crystal blue waters and having a glass of wine. Mr. ILia was very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back.
