The living room was designed with your comfort in mind. You're welcome to relax on either of the comfortable sofas and enjoy the lake views through the triple-pane living room patio door. Alternatively, indulge in streaming your favorite shows on the 75-inch wall-mounted TV. This area is perfect for quality family time, offering plenty of space for everyone.

What makes this vacation home exceptional for families is the open plan encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. No matter where you stand in these rooms, you'll have a breathtaking view of the lake.
The expansive kitchen boasts ample storage space, ideal for those planning to cook during their vacation. You can savor your meals at the dining table, which can be extended if you need more space, or opt for the one-level breakfast bar. During our renovations, we also added full stainless steel appliances for your convenience.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a convenient USB charging station, and a 55-inch Roku TV. The master bedroom enjoys captivating views of the pool and the serene lake, making it the perfect wake-up call. Through the double doors lies the spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a double sink vanity, a garden tub, a glass-enclosed shower, a hairdryer, and a generously sized walk-in closet, enhancing the sense of luxury and spaciousness. Additional sheets and spare pillows are readily available for your stay.
Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed, USB charging station, and Roku TV.
Bedroom 3 has a delightful Star Wars theme. It features two twin beds, a 32-inch wall-mounted TV, a USB charging station, and ample room for luggage storage.
Bedroom 4 is a versatile space suitable for adults, young adults, or young children. It offers two twin beds, a USB charging station, and a 32-inch Roku TV.

There is a second bathroom with spacious double vanity separate sink stations, additional shelving storage space, a hairdryer, and a tub with a shower.


If you're not too exhausted from visiting the theme parks, you can enjoy your own private Lego-themed games room featuring a pool table, foosball, and air hockey. To give your children some extra playtime (and provide you with some quiet time), we've added a custom-made Lego wall, complete with Lego pieces (although you're welcome to bring your own). Here, your children can let their imaginations run wild and create amazing Lego creations.

For your convenience during your vacation there is a laundry room new washer and dryer.

You'll be greeted with complimentary dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, kitchen roll, dish soap, and trash bags. We provide pool towels, an abundance of bath towels, sheets, spare pillows, blankets, and more. All you need to bring are your smiles and the excitement for a fantastic time in this beautifully designed home.

Located in the ideally situated community of Sunset Lakes, our villa offers you and your party the unique opportunity to spend your Florida vacation in a quiet rural setting, yet only a short drive away from the theme parks, shopping malls and all the many attractions Orlando has to offer. You also have nearly 50 restaurants within minutes along HWY192 and easy access to the brand new Sunset Walk shopping and dining complex.

Sunset Lakes is situated off the more desirable 192 West and offers easy access to Interstate I-4, which is the gateway to all the theme parks and Orlando Attractions. Our villas offer the ultimate in rest, relaxation and great value – You’ll love the luxury of being able to pop back to the villa to enjoy a midday dip in the pool.

There is a large community pool. Perfect surrounds for relaxing on spacious grounds with pleasant gardens. A Children’s Play-park and Fishing is permitted on the lakes for our guests.
