Seychelles sits on the quiet east-end of PCB, Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center. located within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park and right next door to the iconic Schooners restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. Over-sized great room. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests.

at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
