About the host: We are NJ natives who have been searching for the right property for over 20 years! We finally found it! Someday we will be snowbirds! But for now, we come and go when we can.
My husband is an extremely hard working self employed contractor . Who always thinks outside the box. Every time we visit our new home he makes improvements and upgrades. All monies goes right back into the home. He also loves fishing, boating , woodworking and the quaint waterfront town of Punta Gorda.
I am an artist and ceramic instructor, many of my pieces are displayed throughout the home. We keep finding new places in PGI to explore.
We have recently upgraded and renovated the entire house, giving it a open split floor plan.
Why this property? There was something that drew us to this property! Perhaps karma, it just was so very peaceful and felt like we finally found home.
