The Villa Sweet Mailin is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in the popular area of Beach Pkwy.
Thanks to the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day at the large pool with a wonderful view of the wide canal with boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The villa offers 3 bedrooms (2 king bed, 1 queen beds) and 2 bathrooms and thus enough space for a total of 6 holiday guests.
The master bathroom has a corner bathtub, large shower and double washbasin. The two guest rooms share the second bathroom with a large shower and access to the pool area. The large kitchen with open living area and large dining table invites you to socialize. A gas grill is available on the terrace for cozy barbecues. Let the evening end comfortably with a delicious drink in the seating area on the pool deck and enjoy the sunset with its incomparable colors! Electricity consumption is billed separately and is $ 0.17 per kwh. TV in the Outdoor Area.

About the host: we, that is my husband Sascha, my daughter Gina Mailin and I Alexandra, we had our wonderful Villa Sweet Mailin built in 2013. we put a lot of love into our villa, every year. Our property management is very concerned about cleanliness and attention to detail. our reviews are sensational. all our guests feel comfortable.
Why this property? …we have a fantastic view of the canal and sun all day on the pool area. Our view of the large canal area is very popular. there are a lot of fish in the canal and the turtles greet us in the morning. all electrical devices in the house work. The outdoor furniture was all purchased new in early 2022. a wonderful fire pit lounge is looking forward to guests who can comfortably drink a glass of wine there in the evening. Our outdoor TV is also very popular

Impressive home! Everything is in new condition and pristine. The owner and management were very easy to work with from booking to throughout the stay. The pool and lanai are very nice and we spent a lot of our vaca enjoying them as well as the dock on the canal. The home is well equiped from kitchen, bathrooms, tv's in all bedrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We stayed for 60 days at this wonderful location. The outdoor space at this house is amazing - pool was great, seating amazing with a tv outside. Since we spent 90% of our time outside we couldn't ask for anything better. The property manager Anja was very helpful when needed. We did a lot of cooking and the cookware was top notch. I highly recommend this property.

This home is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday! My family and I really enjoyed all aspects of this home. The beds were very comfortable, beautiful spacious bathrooms. Plenty of towels, this home is equipped with so many things! The pool, hot tub and all of the outside area was spectacular! We will book again!
