Charming old Florida home in a cul-de-sac backing to large palm and oak trees. Three bedrooms, two full baths. One outside shower. Quiet and quaint street. Freshley painted and new carpet through-out. All new beds and furniture. Two king bedrooms with dressers and smart TV's, wi-fi in place. One queen no TV. Charming original kitchen with newer appliances and microwave. One new walk-in dual headed shower with an adjustable handle and one large bathroom with a tub and a shower. The large refreshing pool features a screened in Lanai. Huge pocket sliding doors that lets you live inside and outside. The dining room seats eight and the outside table seats six. There is an outdoor gas grill.
Fenced in large backyard and patio. 2 car garage has seven beach chairs of different heights, beach wagon, umbrellas and a beach tent. 5 miles to Siesta Key, Lido Beach and St. Armond's Circle, 2 miles to 75, 5 miles UTC mall. Close to the mall. Walking distance to Grocery stores, Starbucks, the Legacy bike trail is around the corner and Yoder's Village is up the street.

About the host: We live outside of Washington DC. We absolutely love this street and the cul-de-sac location with mature palm and oak trees. Close to the grocery store, mall and of course Siesta Key and Lido Beach. The large fenced in yard has plenty of room around the pool and playing the yard.

Why this property? We bought this property to be close to my sister and the beach. My Grandmother and parents both lived in St. Petersburg. I like the Sarasota area because there are excellent restaurants, entertainment, beaches and water ways.

Relax and recharge at Turtle Cove!

Immaculate and spacious home with private pool, screened lanai, and modern applicances. Located in a quiet, centrally located Sarasota neighborhood within a short drive to great restaurants, Siesta Key, and downtown Sarasota. Exceeded our expectations for a two-week getaway. Highly recommend Turtle Cove!

Peaceful setting!

We just got done spending almost 2 weeks in this rental. We had the greatest time here. We were able to communicate with the owners, and they were just wonderful people. The pool wasn’t heated, but the pool area was quite relaxing. They have done so much to make our vacation great. I loved the location. Was close to the siesta beach, pinecraft, and the lovely bike trail. I would stay here again.

Turtle cove relaxing

Spent an enjoyable Christmas at a well kept home. Weather was not on our side but the house was very comfortable for our family and we found the neighborhood to be quiet and close to shopping. Can recommend this home for an enjoyable stay.
