House was comfortably designed for our handicapped guests,. Ceramic Tiled (great for spills and pet accidents), Tropical Décor, Indoor plants, Bright Colors. bedrooms with different colors, super size washer and dryer , spacious parking area for four cars and the property is pet friendly.
Ceiling fans in every room, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top stove with built in microwave, kitchen nook, open concept with high ceilings, dining room has been converted to functional daybed with trundle.
Outdoor patios, table with chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs, indoor pool furnishings,charcoal barbecue, flowering rose bushes and palms trees.
OWNER ACCEPTS MULTIPLE NON SHEDDING DOGS, DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF GUESTS. IF BRINGING PETS THE OWNER MUST BE NOTIFIED.

Why this property? The beach is so much fun! And we want others to enjoy what the Florida Panhandle has to offer. The previous owner, Elizabeth, was a gracious host to many families over the years. We want to continue the traditions that families have had by continuing to offer this home.

Refreshing Respite
The property at 8321Elizabeth was just the perfect spot for our family of five!!My wife of 35 years took our adult children for a family getaway in Panama City Beach and this was JUST what we needed.Clean, centrally located to all kinds of food spots and activities. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a favorite.Highly recommend anyone to take advantage of this spacious 3 bedroom two bath Beach house!!!

Wonderful house and amazing hosts
This was our second stay at the Elizabeth house! We initially stayed the summer of 2022 and had booked through another site. We were a little unsure when the original owner messaged us and informed us the property had changed hands, but Jerry and his family made the whole transition seamless and was extremely accommodating. Both time the home was in great condition and we were able to come in and set up for the week with no issues. Very close to the beach, all the attractions, and a short drive to the tidal pool at the state park(one of our favorites!). The house is perfect for our dogs and easily fit us, our two sons, one of their girlfriends came, and my 82 year old MOI. The pool was amazing to come home to and assisted in keeping our grandkids busy. Our daughter and her family live there in PCB, and having a rental within 20 minutes of them is amazing. We had a couple minor issues, but one call to the hosts and everything was taken care of right then. The backyard was a good size for our dogs, and we utilized the grill a couple times, and the kitchen to save some money from eating out. The host are very attentive and accommodating and the house is perfect. You will be hard pressed to find a better home and folks to rent from thats not directly on the beach. Thank you so much for making our stay, both times, amazing and allowing us to create lifelong memories with our families. We will definitely be back and staying at the Elizabeth house!

Fabulous house very close to the beach
This is a great place very close to the beach, within walking distance, and very affordable. And the pool was a huge plus. It’s totally screened in so you can sunbathe and swim without worrying about bugs and insects. Plus it is heated so we used it at night! The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and there was plenty of space for me, my mother, my sister and brother-in-law. The location was perfect, right off of Thomas Drive and close to many places to eat, shop and play. Will definitely be returning here!

Perfect place in PCB for family and fur babies!
This home is very well appointed. It has a full fenced back yard which works great with our dogs. I love that this home. It is spacious and everyone has their own space to relax in. Traveling with adult children and dogs, space is much appreciated.
