This is one of the nicest condos that me and my husband have stayed in Naples. The sunset and is magnificent. The condo has everything you need from entertaining to the beach.

It was everything I hoped for and more! We travel as a family quite a bit - and have seen our share of good, average and really bad. "My fav Naples Condo" is now JUST THAT...our favorite. Everyone in the family rated this spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable property an A+. LOVED the pool, tasteful decor, proximity to everything - beach, exceptional restaurants, and shopping - perfection. Very safe, quiet and Inna was a dream to work with. We highly recommend this gorgeous property.

When I opened the door to this condominium I was immediately impressed. Very clean, nicely furnished and very well organized. The location can't be beat. Close to the Beach, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. This is a property that you will need to consider for your next trip to Naples.

As others reviewers have said, this is a beautiful condo with high ceilings, natural light, and everything you need for a great beach vacation. There is a really nice pool good for kids of all ages which was a blessing because for 3 of our 5 days we could not go to the beach due to red tide. We had our 8 year old, 6 year old, & 1 year old with us and had plenty of space to spread out. I had to take some things out of low cabinets and drawers and put them up higher (glassware & a sharpie/office supplies), but I didn't expect it to be child proof. They also had many TV channels including Disney Jr. which most places don't have which was nice. We especially loved the screened in porch with ocean views in the distance where we ate all our meals. The trolley to load up with beach supplies was really nice too. Thank you, Inna!

Awesome view of the gulf and resort pool from your lanai. Short walk to the beautiful beach and very nice restaurants (Turtle Club, Baleen, Beach Box, the Ritz). The condo is perfectly clean, organized and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! The owner, Inna, is very responsive and extremely helpful as well!

Its hard to add to the many great reviews Inna's condo has received. After having a few conversations with Inna you would expect nothing less than excellence to detail in her condo. I believe its her goal to provide for all renters the basics, needed to start your vacation off right . From the complete upscale supplies in kitchen ware, extra liens, towels, beach towels, beach supplies, laundry and bathroom supplies, all the comforts of home are met. The beautiful pool, view of the ocean and few simple layers of security to go through, make you feel completely safe. These are some of the reasons why this condo books up so often. It is our plan to return again. So we give the condo 5 stars and ownership 6. Thank you Inna. Hope to be back again.

I can't say enough great things about this rental! I rented the condo for a week with my husband and two small children. The owners were so accommodating and easy to work with . The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We spent a ton of time at the pool and on the beach with our two small children. The condo had everything you needed for the pool and the beach! The pool was great for kids (zero depth with a waterfall) and the beach was just a short walk. We also really enjoyed the lanai during the evening. The lanai looks out over the beach and you can also see the ocean and sunset. The condo was also stocked with all the essentials like paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper,, dish detergent, etc. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything needed to cook - and nice equipment! However, there were lots of restaurants in closer proximity that were kid friendly. Everything is really well care for in the condo - making it a really pleasant environment for a week. Again, we couldn't say enough positive things about the condo and full experience!

For the past 4 years, we have rented this wonderful Regatta Penthouse condo for a month, and each vacation has been spectacular. The generous and meticulous owners provide all the conveniences of home and much, much more. Our favorite feature of this beautifully furnished condo is the lovely lanai which directly overlooks the resort-like waterfall pool. We especially enjoy having breakfast there each morning After spending a week at Disney with our family and grandchildren before arriving in Naples, we welcomed the chance to unwind and relax at this condo and escape the snow up North. We highly recommend this conveniently located penthouse condo in the Vanderbilt Beach area with numerous, wonderful restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We look forward to our fifth stay!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Regatta these past 10 days. Inna's condo is absolutely beautiful and she has thought of everything you might need and provided it for you. Unlike many condo rentals, she had provided all of the basic necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, ziplocs, spices, dish and laundry soap.....the list goes on. We just had to buy a few groceries and start having fun. The condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked. We even had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels available for our use. The beach is a short walk and the sand was white and clean. My daughter and her friends went paddle boarding from Vanderbilt Beach and saw dolphins, sea turtles and other wild life. Restaurants and shopping were convenient too. We had perfect weather....80 degrees and sunny every day. If you get tired of the beach, the pool is a great spot to relax with your choice of sun or shade. They also had two huge barbeques by the pool that we used to cook out one night. Overall, one of the nicest places we have rented on VRBO. Thank you Inna!

We had the most amazing holiday at this beautiful condo. Even before we arrived, I was so impressed with the excellent communication from the owner (Inna). Nothing was too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests have a 5* experience. She also provides all the house keeping amenities you could ever want (toilet rolls, washing powder etc) which was really appreciated. The condo itself is large, clean and homely. Regatta is a gorgeous gated complex and has a perfect location, not just for Vanderbilt beach but for visiting everything in the Naples area. Nothing felt too far away. We loved being able to walk to the beach, park, restaurants and cafes. In previous holidays to the states, this hasn't been possible and have had to drive everywhere! We cannot fault anything and are definitely going to rebook for next year. Thank you so much Inna.

This was our second stay at this immaculate 3 bedroom penthouse condo. We (5 adults) loved the ocean and pool views from the large screened lanai, it's close proximity to the beach, and the comfort of this well decorated, well supplied condo. It's North Naples location is ideal. Situated across the street from the Ritz Carlton it's just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach's white sands and beautiful gulf. There are plenty of places to shop, Whole Foods and Publix grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants conveniently located nearby. A short 18 minute drive will take you to historical downtown. Absolutely no complaints here! Owner thoughtfully supplies plush towels, nice linens, high quality paper products as well as kitchen/bath/laundry and beach supplies. We love working with Inna and look forward to returning next year!!

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo in a great location! The owner Inna is very accommodating, responsive and, all around, a wonderful person. All you need to buy is your food and drinks. You have absolutely everything you need for a great vacation provided for you in clean and very well organized fashion. Walk with your provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the gorgeous Vanderbilt beach, chill and grill by the pool, relax on the lanai with a great view of the pool and the ocean on the horizon, have a drink at the nearby Sand Bar at the Ritz on the beach watching the sun set. It doesn’t get any better than this!

We have spent 4 weeks at this wonderful Regatta penthouse condo for 3 consecutive years, and we plan on returning again for another 4 weeks next winter (2018). The owners of this beautifully decorated condo provide their guests with all the necessities and comforts of home, and absolutely nothing is missing. The location of this penthouse condo within the Regatta complex is another great feature. The condo overlooks the lovely Regatta waterfall pool as well as the ocean in the distance. Sunsets from the lanai in the evenings are fantastic. There is no place like Naples, and this Regatta condo is the perfect place to enjoy all that Naples offers. We look forward to our 4th vacation here next winter.

I spent Jan 2017 at this condo, and it was so very nice. Furnished very nice, supplied with just about anything anyone may need, and the bedding was as nice as you would find in a five star hotel. You can walk to the beach, the tennis courts and park. The pool is beautiful, and very peaceful and relaxing. Great location, for golf, and eating out, just wonderful. Enjoyed the condo very much, would love to return for another stay.

A great location - just a few minutes walk to the beach, which you can see from the lanai over morning coffee. What makes this place really special, though, is the owner's attention to detail: from the reservation process, to the fully appointed kitchen (every utensil and gadget you can think of, plus *real* pots and pans!). Clear instructions provided everywhere you need them. Beach chairs with carrying straps, giant beach towel, beach bags...made enjoying ourselves so simple. It's an easy stroll to grab the morning paper, or to restaurants, with the Turtle Club just a five minute walk. The condo itself is roomy and well decorated, and well stocked. You know all those places you rent that will give you one trash bag and half a box of Kleenex...and then it's off to the store you go to buy paper goods and trash bags in a supply far greater than you need? Not so here: it's funny the little things that make you giddy ;). Highly recommend!

My family came to stay in Naples for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We did not spend much time in the condo since we had other family that lived in town, but the time spent there was awesome. The condo was located in a central location to shopping, food and the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach even with little kids. The Regatta itself was well maintained. The condo was beautiful. The owners provided anything you could need while on vacation. It was nice not to have to bring a lot of stuff with us. It was clean and updated. We had a great time.

Both the condo itself and the owner were wonderful! The condo is located conveniently near the beach and has a view of the most beautiful sunsets. It was very clean and well decorated. Even though we didn't use the kitchen very much, it would be easy to cook a complete meal since Inna has provided everything imaginable that is needed to prepare a meal. Regatta is a well maintained building with a very pretty pool. Inna was a very responsive and and kind owner and she was just great to do business with. I am definitely going back.

We have stayed at many rentals around the country and this one is our favorite. Inna made the reservation process very easy, supplied us with all the information we needed when we arrived and checked out. The condo has a very nice pool area that is kept really clean, and the beach is within walking distance. The condo is supplied with everything you would ever want on a vacation, from cooking utensils to beach items. This will definitely be our first choice on our return trips to Naples.

Regatta was recommended to us by a friend. The unit they stayed in was not available so I searched for a different unit and found this one. I'm very particular about where we stay so I had concerns that the condo would not be up to my standards. When my family and I arrived, we were all impressed at how beautiful the condo was. Beautifully decorated and spotless!! We travel often and never have we stayed in a condo that was so completely stocked with literally anything you would need. Inna was great to work with too! Have no reservations about renting this beautiful condo.

After searching the Naples and Sanibel island area I found Inna,she was so helpful with any question and quick response to all. I was little scared not knowing what the condo looked like but after talking with her I could tell it was going to be special, and it was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. After doing lots of research on Naples beach condos, we decided upon the Regatta. From my first contact with the owners, it has been a flawless experience. Inna could not have been more accommodating, welcoming and responsive. The pictures of their condo gave a small glimpse of the care, thought and love they put into the decor. The place was really tastefully and beautifully decorated. It is equipped with EVERYTHING you need and more, from a panini maker, blender and a coffee grinder to lovely bedding and every beach accessory/kids toy one may need to have a wonderful time on the beach. Inna even stocks house necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, ziplocs, etc. for the condo. The condo is laid out well with the master on one end and the other two bedrooms on the other end of the unit. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and waterfall pool from the screened patio with a table, chairs for early morning breakfast/coffee. During our stay, the air conditioner had a technical issue and within a few hours Inna had an HVAC service man out to fix the problem. Her responsiveness was unbelievable! We come to Naples often and this condo is our favorite. The location is ideal - within a 5-10 min walk to Vanderbilt Beach, close to downtown shops, and grocery stores. Parking is covered and the Regatta is very private yet easy access to all Naples has to offer. Inna helped make our stay so welcoming and she is a great host! We cannot wait to come back.

From my first contacts with the owners of the beautiful condo, it has been a very positive experience. Inna could not have been more friendly and prompt in answering any questions that we had. The pictures and the descriptions of the condo really do not do it justice. The place is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation . There is a great view of the ocean from the screened patio. The place is very spacious and very comfortable. We have stayed at the Regatta in the pass and this was by far our favorite condo. The proximity to the pool and parking was ideal. It was at least 15 years ago that we stayed at the Regatta the first times and the grounds and property are still just as well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful condo to enjoy their stay in Naples, Florida. We definitely plan on returning.

Our first stay at Regatta was spectacular. Inna provided us with the perfect accommodations for our family. This was our first trip to Naples and it was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, including a beautiful view of the water. Everything was first class inside the condo and out. It was spotless and modern, which was very important to us. We have visited the Regatta several times before. This was our 4th different condo rental. It is by far the nicest one we have stayed at. Inna was wonderful to work with and made the process very easy. The pictures are accurate! The condo is spotless! What we loved about the condo in addition to the cleanliness, was the fact that everything was there, and of wonderful quality. Lovely bath towels, beach towels, bedding, furnishings - even down to the hangers! Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly need. No need to pack hair dryer. (one in each bathroom) Anything you or your children could possibly need for the beach and pool are available - don't forget to look in the cabinet in front of the garage space as well as closet! We loved the lanai and especially appreciated the lounge chair that was used all the time! (a great place to read while babysitting sleeping baby!) The view is gorgeous! The Regatta location can't be beat! A three block walk to the beach, across the street from the Ritz (Gumbo Limbo - best place to have dinner and take in the sunset!) around the corner from the Turtle Club - (excellent dinner and on the beach as well!) about 10 minutes to downtown Naples....... many great restaurants, Osteria Tulia, Campiello's, Truluck's, to name a few. We are already planning our next visit to this wonderful condo!

We (four adults ) stayed at this condo for nine nights. It was a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. They thought of everything we might need: shampoo, lotions, Kleenex, hairdryers, to name a few!! We loved the afternoon sun and the great views from the penthouse lanai, especially when the sun was setting the ocean lit up!! I The condo is in a great location----close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. We loved the Turtle Club which had great food on a beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen was equipped with every pot or pan you might desire, but we were on vacation and we went out to dinner! I would highly recommend this condo and the owners always responded to any email or phone call immediately.

Our second vacation at this beautiful Naples Regatta penthouse was just as wonderful as last year's vacation. The very accommodating owners provided all the necessities and conveniences of home to ensure their guests would be comfortable and enjoy their stay. Everything was perfect! One of the many highlights of this lovely condo is the spacious lanai which directly overlooks the pool surrounded by palm trees with a view of the ocean in the distance. This is the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast every morning as well as amazing sunsets in the evening. We even enjoyed lunches and dinners on the lanai. In addition to the two amazing Regatta pools (one with a waterfall that our grandchildren love), Vanderbilt Beach is only a five minute walk. This year we also tried Delnor Wiggins Beach (a short drive away) which is known for its great shelling, dolphins, and a variety of birds. There are shaded picnic tables as well as jungle-like paths with boardwalks leading to the powder white sand beach. It is almost like being on a caribbean island. Again, we thank the owners of this lovely condo for another fantastic vacation, and we look forward to returning for our third stay next February.

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and within a few miles of entertainment and shopping. We took our two young children and the owner was very attentive to our needs. Having three bedrooms allowed us to have our entire party in one location for less than the cost of two hotel rooms for the week. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Our only regret is not having more time to explore the area.

What a wonderful home away from home! This condo has all the amenities you could hope for. The view of the pool from the lanai is just beautiful! We had our coffee and fruit there every morning. I had forgotten my book at home, but found a delightful book to read in the library drawer. The beach is a short walk away. We look forward to a return visit. Inna was a pleasure to work with.

What a privilege it was to stay at this luxurious condo home! Everything was beautiful, well thought out and so-o-o-o comfortable. We enjoyed lots of good weather, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, as well as convenient shopping and dining. The view from the lanai was great overlooking the pool. We found ourselves eating and relaxed there often. Inna is a pleasure to work with, and quickly responds to any emails/ She has everything well organized for her guests, and labeled for a quick find. All you need to buy is the food! There is even a beach cart, chairs and umbrella making trips to the beach a breeze. Beautiful Vanderbilt beach is within a short walking distance, with its pristine white sand beaches. Dine or visit the Ritz Carlton just across the street for a special nite out. Adored this place, its conveniences and its great location. Inna was a true pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to friend/family and look forward to returning again!

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. This was our third trip to Naples but first time in apartment via VRBO. Trying to escape rainy autumn in France, we spent so much time to find a good accommodation and with Inna and this condo we could not make a better choice. Inna made the booking and payment so easy, she answered all our questions and helped us through the whole procedure. The condo itself looks even better then on the pictures and you will find in it all you need and even more. The location is perfect, just few steps to the beach, our daughter (3,5) had so much fun in the pool, shops and restaurants are 2 minutes away by car. We were so happy our our choice. Very children friendly - no worried about the balcony, many beach toys available, a crib / foldable travel bed is available in the apartment. We will sure be back!!! Thank you again, Inna.

We have been in Naples 7 times before. We have then stayed in the center of Naples near fifth. This is the second year in a row we have been at Vandebilt Beach and the beautiful and well equipped condo owned by Inna and Michael. We are from Norway and it`s a long journey to Naples. It`s therefore very important that the process regarding rental and information works perfect. I can guarantee you that the great service provided from Inna makes this process very smooth. The Condo itself is perfect and very well eqiupped. The resort area and the pool are clean and well maintaned. The location is perfect and you can choos to walk for 5 minutes to the beautiful beach or just relax by the pool. Good restaurants are in walking distance from the condo. We will come back next year. I will highly recommend this condo and i guarantee that you will be very pleased with your stay.

Three couples who enjoy fun, sun, tennis, pool, beach and great seafood, traveled to Naples during the last week of May. This 3/bd condo was fully stocked and beautifully situated overlooking the gorgeous pool with a view of the ocean, only a short walk away. We have already booked the same week next year! We found this wonderful condo very last minute.On holiday from the UK we had spent a week in Orlando and wanted a relaxing time for our last week of our holiday.As we hadn't booked anywhere we got online to see what was available in the Naples area. Inna replied immediately and the booking process was very easy. How fortunate we were to stay here. It is the most wonderful condo that we couldn't fault in any way. We always felt that we were staying in a friends home not a holiday rental. It is the best well equipped home we have ever stayed in.Everything is here. Perfect location for Vanderbilt Beach. Great restaurants nearby. Wonderful large balcony to watch the sunsets from. The Regatta itself is very impressive. Beautiful grounds,fab swimming pool,quiet,great location. We were a family of three and felt extremely comfortable here. In fact if you are just a couple,or a party of six ,book this condo,as it is a home from home and you will just love it. Inna was so helpful. In fact we didn't want to leave and ended up staying two extra days and Inna made the whole process so easy. We plan to return here as soon as we can. We loved the vacation over Easter at the Regatta. Let me start by saying everything about the condo was wonderful. It was very easy to reserve and most enjoyable. The condo is very nicely accommodating, with all the needed amenities. The location of the Regatta is awesome. And, the location of the condo in the Regatta is the best. A great 6th floor penthouse view and in the best location overlooking the pool. We will definitely return.

When planning our winter escape with friends we hesitated to use VRBO as none of us had booked with them before. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience!! Inna and Michael's condo at the Regatta in Naples was everything they promised and more. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well equipped and located close to everything we wanted to explore in Naples. We have traveled to Florida with our family numerous times, but our recent 4 week stay at this beautiful Naples Regatta penthouse condo was truly our very best Florida vacation. The extremely accommodating owners of this condo provided all the necessities, and we felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The condo lanai has a perfect view of the resort-like waterfall pool, the ocean in the distance, and fantastic sunsets. Besides enjoying this tastefully decorated condo and all the included conveniences, we also took advantage of the many nearby fine restaurants and shopping areas. We especially loved the Mercato, the Venetian Village, the Waterside Shops, and walking along Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples. This condo is so conveniently located to everything in Naples, and it is less than a two hour day trip to Sarasota's well known St Armand's Circle dining and shopping. We look forward to returning to this wonderful condo next year, and we thank the owners again for a perfect vacation!

We just returned from a month's stay in Naples and we are sorry it couldn't have been longer. The condo had every amenity that we needed and more. It was in a perfect location for visiting all the sights and restaurants in Naples. We loved sitting in the screened lanai viewing the magnificent pool and the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon. The owner Inna thought of everything that would make any vacationer extremely happy they were there. We enjoyed it so much that we plan on returning next year for a longer stay.

The location was ideal, close to fabulous restaurants and shopping and across the street from the Ritz. Our kids loved the pool and we were just a short walk to the beach. I stayed here with my family for a week , this is without doubt the best place we have rented in naples. The location is perfect near the ritz and a short walk from the beach. This condo feels like home but without the stress. It has everything you could think of. It is beautifully furnished. We stayed for a month and I didn't want to leave. The condo is laid out well which makes it feel so roomy. The lanai is great as it faces West so you get the afternoon sun and the beautiful sunsets. It's got a great pool and is only a couple blocks to the beach. This was a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty to do for all ages. The condo has everything you need to cook with. We made a full Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. Trips to the beach were easy with the beach cart that holds chairs, toys, towels and coolers to the beach. Except for Thanksgiving week, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Everything was included at the condo and having a washer and dryer really was nice. We'll definitely be back. You can rent this for a family, as a couple (with the romantic beach sunsets) or as a girls getaway. It is a fanatastic place. Everything was perfect. The owners are great to deal with and they were easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We walked in to this beautiful home and from the very first moment we felt welcomed and at home. Everything was clean and everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay was available for us to use. We were amazed that things looked nicer than even the pictures on VRBO showed. We cannot say enough how completely satisfied we were when dealing with Inna. What a wonderful modern, clean apartment. We had plenty of room for two adults, two teenagers and a 9 year old. There was everything we needed there including everything you'd want for the beach to every utensil in the kitchen. There were lovely fluffy towels both for the shower and the pool. All the beds were so comfortable, if i could have got one in my suitcase I would have squeezed one in!!!! The owner was really helpful and friendly. The pools were lovely, the main pool was great for families with something for everyone. Then theres the lap pool which was a quieter area, perfect for reading a book round or having a relaxed swim. Theres also a gym which was well equipped. Regatta is a great place to stay for anyone. The beach was great as was the water park near by.There lots of lovely eating places, a list of some are in a folder in the condo which came in very handy. A fantastic holiday made even better by such a lovely place to stay.

We are a family of 4 who has been in Naples several times. We have stayed several places before, mostly near the center of Naples, fifth avenue. During my earlier times in Naples i have been around looking for possible new places to stay. I thought the area around Vanderbilt was nice and decided to search around that area. Fortunately i discovered this condo at Regatta. You don`t need too look further! This condo has everything! Inna is a delight to talk to and everything works perfect. The condo is clean and very well maintaned. Everything works and the condo have all the small things that you always miss when you are on holiday. It`s like being in your own home. We had a great month in Naples and the restaurants that Inna suggested was very good. The Mercato area is great and we tried out some great restaurants there. I will recommend The Capital Grill, a bit pricy but the food is excellent. For sunset dining we found the Turtle Club as a fantastic place with perfect location and great food. Thank you very much Inna for your generous hospitality and excellent service. You really know how to make people feel well. We will be back next year:-)

This condo was beautiful and complete with all the amenities a family could ask for. The kids loved the pool area, especially our 4 year old who enjoyed the 0 foot entry area. The condo had all the kitchen utensils a gourmet chef could ask for and the beach supplies to keep a family of 5 content for hours at the beach. We definitely plan to return to this condo in the future.

We just returned from our very relaxing 10 day stay at this perfect condo. The condo is located just a short walk away from Vanderbilt Beach. We enjoyed our daily walks to Vanderbilt Beach. There is a beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas for your use which was a pleasant surprise. The full sized kitchen is great if you choose to cook (Publix supermarket is up the block) or you can barbecue poolside. There are also excellent restaurants in the area that vary from casual to fine dining. There is a bicycle rental shop on Vanderbilt Beach Road near 41 that offers daily or weekly rentals. There are plenty of trails and bike lanes to take in the great views of the Naples area that we got to enjoy during our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to feel they are at their home away from home while on vacation. Nothing has been overlooked by Inna and Michael to make your vacation a pleasant and memorable experience. We hope to stay here again when we return to Naples. Thanks for everything Inna and Michael!

What an awesome vacation our family had. We had never stayed on Regatta. Our kids said "you hit it out of the park on this one!" We all had such a wonderful time. The condo had everything it said it would, just as Inna conveyed, everything within walking distance, wonderful restaurants, shopping and beautiful sunsets. This home provided plenty of play toys for all ages for the beach, umbrellas & chairs, beach towels, sand toys etc., not to mention the perfectly lovely & very clean unit. We enjoyed the screened lanais, comfortable beds, great kitchen & all the tools for cooking.The pool & common grounds were beautifully kept. We are all looking forward to staying at this condo in the future. We made memories that will last a lifetime & we were all sad when it was time to leave. Thank you again Inna. My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this wonderful condo. I would ditto on every other great review written on ths property. From first stepping in the door and seeing how immaculate it was, to each day realizing, that there was nothing that she didn't think of providing that her renters would have a need for. I can truly say, that they made it so you felt like a guest and not a renter in their home.The unit is in a great building on the Regatta property. It is above the pool area with a view of the ocean and a beautiful sunset. A very short walk to the beach, (yes, they also provide coolers, chairs, beach toys and ------more). Our stay in Naples was made all the better by this beautiful condo in the Regatta. The photos on VRBO perfectly represented all that it has to offer. This unit is on the top floor with a lanai that has a spectacular view of the sunset. The condo was freshly renovated, very clean and well-stocked with the basics like hand soap, toilet paper and napkins. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable. We are a family of 6 and this unit had plenty of space for us. It was also quiet at night. We slept with our windows open and enjoyed the sound of the waterfall at the pool while we slept. The owners were extremely responsive before and during our stay. We were even welcomed with a gift when we arrived. We definitely plan to stay in this unit again when we are in Naples. I have recommended the Regatta and this unit specifically to friends. It is fantastic and the owners are first class!!

Everything was so clean and new...a welcome from the owners...beautiful bed linens and towels...everything you could ask for right downto the pizza cutter and egg cups....Inna and Michael have not missed a thing in this condo.Inna was a pleasure to deal with right from the first contact to the end as we were leaving.The condo overlooks the family pool....wonderful sunny afternoons on your deck overlooking the family pool,which by the way,didn't get busy until around 10am and quiet ended down around 5pm.so,while you had lots of entertainment during the day,you had peace and quiet on your own deck at evening time,during which you could enjoy the beautiful Naples sunset! 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach and some really great restaurants! My husband and I along with our daughter, her husband and their 7 month old daughter, recently spent 2 weeks in this wonderful condo. Inna, the owner, was so accommodating and the condo is beautiful! She has it so well-stocked with everything a person may need. The Regatta is just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and has two wonderful swimming pools and is in a safe, gated area. Our family also enjoyed walking, sometimes driving, to the Mercato Mall which has a Whole Foods, Chipotle, state of the art movie theatre, etc. Publix is within a short walking distance with a wonderful gelato shop next to it with the best homemade gelato! The Ritz Carlton...Gumbo Limbo, The Turtle Club, etc. are very close by, 5 minute walk, serving great lunches and dinners. The location is perfect. Perfect! Inna and Michael go far beyond expectations to accommodate their guests. They sincerely and truly have the best interest of their guests. If you are looking for accommodations for a family of four or five, clean, up to date, extremely organized, well stocked, every amenity within a condo that is needed for an extended stay, fantastic location, and wonderful owners….book it now! My Family and I can only speak for here and now. When booking vacations, I realize that every family and every circumstance may be different, I can only speak from our experiences and that if anyone should ever have a complaint about this property, I would be very surprised. We are a 4-5 star resort type of family and we know this type of clientele can be very difficult to keep happy, so please remember that with VRBO’s you are little more accountable, a little more involved, and you must give and take when comparing to the 4-5 star resorts. I highly recommend this property, except for the last two weeks of the year (which will hopefully belong to our family). If you don’t have a deep appreciate for this uncharacteristic type of effort, this is not the place for you. Our stay has been fantastic! It also makes this review that much easier to write when it’s (-10) degrees back home and 85 degrees in Naples.

I have used VRBO many times and I have to say that this condo and the owners have been the best experience I have had to-date. I am fairly familiar with the Naples area and I believe this is a really great overall location with easy access to a great and expansive beach, excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. The condo itself was (is) in truly outstanding condition and well stocked with all that was needed (and then some). Most important from my perspective, is that the condo was very, very "comfortable & homey." This is an attribute that is difficult to replicate and, as a result, can and should be a vacation and get-away option for full families, couples, friends, etc. Obviously, I highly recommend this excellent condo to rent....and look forward to coming back again!

We rented this condo for a week during Thanksgiving. The owners have not left out any detail. The owners have made sure that you have everything you need while staying here. Vanderbilt beach is only blocks away, awesome shopping & restaurants are very close. We felt like we were at home each day.....we loved having coffee every morning on the lanai and seeing the view of the pool and ocean off in the distance. We were very sad to leave, we will definitely stay here when we visit again.

From the beginning to the end of our stay in Naples I loved every little thing about this condo. It has everything you could ask from A-Z. The view is unforgettable and the location is just as great being approximately 2 minute walk form the beach. My wife and I usually stay at the Ritz Carlton when traveling away from home (mostly for the safety the hotel brings). However, because we were traveling with our children and wanted more space for a lower cost, we decided to rent this condo (directly across the street). We made an excellent choice! The pictures are truly what you’ll be getting and Inna has thought of absolutely everything you can think of (you’ll feel like you are at home, but with an oceanfront view). The owners are very good with communication and responding to emails and phone calls (we accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit on day one, and in 2 minutes Inna had has back in). The pros of staying here: Great location, very secure building, easy access to the beach, and shopping, and amazing views. Our 8 year old loved the outdoor pools. Cons of staying here: absolutely none. The unit is beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for more. **Traveler Tip** If you head to the beach around 7pm, you'll see amazing sunsets and have less of a crowd

Having rented my own beach house on VRBO for years and being very particular about where we stay when on vacation, I can honestly say this is one of the most organized and stocked units you will ever find. I tend to take a lot of kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags that we have everything we need when we get there and don't have to go shopping. I literally did not need anything. Inna has thought of everything! The unit is very nicely decorated...it looks better in person than it does in the pictures. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday and while we had a lot of rain, we really enjoyed the condo and the location within Naples...close and easy to everything. Inna is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a vacation in Naples.

What a great condo! The photos reflect exactly the clean and updated space. Everything you need down to the zip lock bags; all the linens are quality and we love having the washer/dryer option. Inna is a great hostess and responses quickly to anything. The condo is walking distance to Ritz and Beach. All you need is your bathing suit and family. Our biggest mistake was not staying more than a week. We will definitely return again!

This condo was perfect for our vacation with a beautiful view of the gulf, resort pool, and an easy walk to the public beach. The owner had everything we needed, and most things were either new or in excellent condition. The condo is also very close to a large new shopping area in North Naples. I accidently left several items behind, and the owner graciously sent them back to me at no charge. I would highly recommend this condo, and look forward to renting it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! The owners thought of literally EVERYTHING when furnishing this place! The pool was wonderful with zero depth entry perfect for kids as well as grills for enjoying lunch/dinner poolside! The gorgeous beach was a short 2 block walk away all on sidewalk and quiet street. Along the way you pass an adorable convenience station where you can grab any last minute needs for the beach as well as the best homemade ice cream I have ever tasted!! The location, the building and the condo itself were amazing and we will definitely be returning!

The location is steps away from the Ritz, Turtle Club and LaPlaya for viewing sunsets or fabulour dining. The condo is also just a short walk to one of the best beaches in all of Florida. Perfect for long walks, swimming, sunning or sunset watching. The condo is on the 6th floor and has a perfect view of the Regatta complex and all the way to the ocean. The condo itself is professionally furnished and is stocked with everything you will need for you stay. The condo also has all of the beach or pool items you will need. The owners were great to work with and responded timely to every request. If you're looking for a first class vacation, this is it!!

From the minute we stepped foot into the beautifully decorated condo we felt like we were at home. Everything was very organized. The photos did not do the place justice - better than photos. The kitchen had every pot and pan you could ever desire. The bath towels were higher end. Inna spared no expense to make sure her guests felt comfortable. All the rooms were updated. The place was very clean. Very short walk to the beach. If you have kids it is the perfect location. Bonus was a nice workout room with cardio equipment and free weights. There are grills near the pool as well. A shopping plaza is about 1/2 mile down the road (Royal Scoop ice cream is in the plaza). We had a great view overlooking the pool. Inna was also a pleasure to work with. We hope to stay again in the future.

This unit is what you hope to get when you rent something based on pictures. The photos accurately reflect all the amenities and appearance. The owner has very thoughtfully provided for all the little things you rely on at home, such as plastic containers, wine glasses, printer/copier and even down to small things like paper clips and scotch tape. It has recently been remodeled and is extremely clean. The location provides a wonderful view of the pool directly below and the Gulf in the distance. It is very convenient to a mall, movie theatre and many dining facilities. My wife is handicapped and easy access to the pool allowed her to spend hours every day just relaxing in the sun. I've rented many places for many years and the owner is the most caring, thoughtful and responsive owner I have dealt with. It was truly a memorable 2 month get away for us.

We had a wonderful week at this spacious condo in The Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples. This property is exceptionally attractive, very clean, and fresh in every way. It has a nice view over the grounds and from the lanai you can see the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon a block or so away. The owners seem particularly well-organized and caring. We felt they had thought of everything a guest might need. Everything in the kitchen, for example, is new, well-designed , and in perfect condition. Outside, The pool area is generously sized, wasn't crowded during our stay, but was friendly in atmosphere. The fitness center was clean and attractive. There are many restaurants and amenities in the area. We would definitely return to this terrific condo.

My sisters and a friend and I spent several days in this condo at the beginning of January and we loved it! The place looks exactly like the photos (which surprised me) - beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen and closets have everything you would need for a short or long stay and the set up of the rooms was perfect for our group. The condo is within a short walk of beautiful Vanderbilt beach and downtown Naples is really only 15 minutes away by car. Inna was very accommodating and the set up of the place was such that we really just felt at home during the time that we were there. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely go back if we have a chance.

The penthouse was beautifully furnished and the amenities provided with it, were outstanding. The gated Regatta complex with its two pools, exercise area and outdoor dinning and available barbeque grills were very well maintained. The boat docking facilities at the rear made a nice alternative to everyone having to go to the boat store, just pick up the rest of the crew at the dock. Vanderbilt beach a 5 minute walk away (a breeze with the buggy provided including chairs) was the best we visited in the area. This will definitely be a repeat vacation spot.

It was everything I hoped for and more! We travel as a family quite a bit - and have seen our share of good, average and really bad. "My fav Naples Condo" is now JUST THAT...our favorite. Everyone in the family rated this spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable property an A+. As others reviewers have said, this is a beautiful condo with high ceilings, natural light, and everything you need for a great beach vacation. There is a really nice pool good for kids of all ages which was a blessing because for 3 of our 5 days we could not go to the beach due to red tide. We had our 8 year old, 6 year old, & 1 year old with us and had plenty of space to spread out. I had to take some things out of low cabinets and drawers and put them up higher (glassware & a sharpie/office supplies), but I didn't expect it to be child proof. They also had many TV channels including Disney Jr. which most places don't have which was nice. We especially loved the screened in porch with ocean views in the distance where we ate all our meals. The trolley to load up with beach supplies was really nice too. Thank you, Inna!

I believe its her goal to provide for all renters the basics, needed to start your vacation off right . From the complete upscale supplies in kitchen ware, extra liens, towels, beach towels, beach supplies, laundry and bathroom supplies, all the comforts of home are met. The beautiful pool, view of the ocean and few simple layers of security to go through, make you feel completely safe. These are some of the reasons why this condo books up so often. I can't say enough great things about this rental! I rented the condo for a week with my husband and two small children. The owners were so accommodating and easy to work with . The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We spent a ton of time at the pool and on the beach with our two small children. The condo had everything you needed for the pool and the beach! The pool was great for kids (zero depth with a waterfall) and the beach was just a short walk. We also really enjoyed the lanai during the evening. The lanai looks out over the beach and you can also see the ocean and sunset. The condo was also stocked with all the essentials like paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper,, dish detergent, etc. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything needed to cook - and nice equipment! However, there were lots of restaurants in closer proximity that were kid friendly. Everything is really well care for in the condo - making it a really pleasant environment for a week. Again, we couldn't say enough positive things about the condo and full experience!

For the past 4 years, we have rented this wonderful Regatta Penthouse condo for a month, and each vacation has been spectacular. The generous and meticulous owners provide all the conveniences of home and much, much more. Our favorite feature of this beautifully furnished condo is the lovely lanai which directly overlooks the resort-like waterfall pool. We especially enjoy having breakfast there each morning After spending a week at Disney with our family and grandchildren before arriving in Naples, we welcomed the chance to unwind and relax at this condo and escape the snow up North. We highly recommend this conveniently located penthouse condo in the Vanderbilt Beach area with numerous, wonderful restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We look forward to our fifth stay!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Regatta these past 10 days. Inna's condo is absolutely beautiful and she has thought of everything you might need and provided it for you. Unlike many condo rentals, she had provided all of the basic necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, ziplocs, spices, dish and laundry soap.....the list goes on. We just had to buy a few groceries and start having fun. The condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked. We even had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels available for our use. The beach is a short walk and the sand was white and clean. My daughter and her friends went paddle boarding from Vanderbilt Beach and saw dolphins, sea turtles and other wild life. Restaurants and shopping were convenient too. We had perfect weather....80 degrees and sunny every day. If you get tired of the beach, the pool is a great spot to relax with your choice of sun or shade. They also had two huge barbeques by the pool that we used to cook out one night. Overall, one of the nicest places we have rented on VRBO. Thank you Inna!

We had the most amazing holiday at this beautiful condo. Even before we arrived, I was so impressed with the excellent communication from the owner (Inna). Nothing was too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests have a 5* experience. She also provides all the house keeping amenities you could ever want (toilet rolls, washing powder etc) which was really appreciated. The condo itself is large, clean and homely. Regatta is a gorgeous gated complex and has a perfect location, not just for Vanderbilt beach but for visiting everything in the Naples area. Nothing felt too far away. We loved being able to walk to the beach, park, restaurants and cafes. In previous holidays to the states, this hasn't been possible and have had to drive everywhere! We cannot fault anything and are definitely going to rebook for next year. Thank you so much Inna.

This was our second stay at this immaculate 3 bedroom penthouse condo. We (5 adults) loved the ocean and pool views from the large screened lanai, it's close proximity to the beach, and the comfort of this well decorated, well supplied condo. It's North Naples location is ideal. Situated across the street from the Ritz Carlton it's just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach's white sands and beautiful gulf. There are plenty of places to shop, Whole Foods and Publix grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants conveniently located nearby. A short 18 minute drive will take you to historical downtown. Absolutely no complaints here! Owner thoughtfully supplies plush towels, nice linens, high quality paper products as well as kitchen/bath/laundry and beach supplies. We love working with Inna and look forward to returning next year!!

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo in a great location! The owner Inna is very accommodating, responsive and, all around, a wonderful person. All you need to buy is your food and drinks. You have absolutely everything you need for a great vacation provided for you in clean and very well organized fashion. Walk with your provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the gorgeous Vanderbilt beach, chill and grill by the pool, relax on the lanai with a great view of the pool and the ocean on the horizon, have a drink at the nearby Sand Bar at the Ritz on the beach watching the sun set. We found everything about it to be perfect..from its great location close to the beach and restaurants, to the lovely furnishings, linens, and every essential you might need. We have spent 4 weeks at this wonderful Regatta penthouse condo for 3 consecutive years, and we plan on returning again for another 4 weeks next winter (2018). The owners of this beautifully decorated condo provide their guests with all the necessities and comforts of home, and absolutely nothing is missing. The location of this penthouse condo within the Regatta complex is another great feature. The condo overlooks the lovely Regatta waterfall pool as well as the ocean in the distance. Sunsets from the lanai in the evenings are fantastic. There is no place like Naples, and this Regatta condo is the perfect place to enjoy all that Naples offers. We look forward to our 4th vacation here next winter.

I spent Jan 2017 at this condo, and it was so very nice. Furnished very nice, supplied with just about anything anyone may need, and the bedding was as nice as you would find in a five star hotel. You can walk to the beach, the tennis courts and park. The pool is beautiful, and very peaceful and relaxing. Great location, for golf, and eating out, just wonderful. Enjoyed the condo very much, would love to return for another stay.

A great location - just a few minutes walk to the beach, which you can see from the lanai over morning coffee. What makes this place really special, though, is the owner's attention to detail: from the reservation process, to the fully appointed kitchen (every utensil and gadget you can think of, plus *real* pots and pans!). Clear instructions provided everywhere you need them. Beach chairs with carrying straps, giant beach towel, beach bags...made enjoying ourselves so simple. It's an easy stroll to grab the morning paper, or to restaurants, with the Turtle Club just a five minute walk. The condo itself is roomy and well decorated, and well stocked. You know all those places you rent that will give you one trash bag and half a box of Kleenex...and then it's off to the store you go to buy paper goods and trash bags in a supply far greater than you need? Not so here: it's funny the little things that make you giddy ;). Highly recommend!

My family came to stay in Naples for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We did not spend much time in the condo since we had other family that lived in town, but the time spent there was awesome. The condo was located in a central location to shopping, food and the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach even with little kids. The Regatta itself was well maintained. The condo was beautiful. The owners provided anything you could need while on vacation. It was nice not to have to bring a lot of stuff with us. It was clean and updated. We had a great time.

Both the condo itself and the owner were wonderful! The condo is located conveniently near the beach and has a view of the most beautiful sunsets. It was very clean and well decorated. Even though we didn't use the kitchen very much, it would be easy to cook a complete meal since Inna has provided everything imaginable that is needed to prepare a meal. Regatta is a well maintained building with a very pretty pool. Inna was a very responsive and and kind owner and she was just great to do business with. I am definitely going back.

We were lucky enough to have had the opportunity to rent this beautiful condominium in a fantastic location, however, the real beauty was in this particular owners attention to detail making our trip easy to book and completely hassle free. She has anticipated her renters every need and then some.....we cannot wait to return and will absolutely be renting from her again, hopefully for many years to come!

We have stayed at many rentals around the country and this one is our favorite. Inna made the reservation process very easy, supplied us with all the information we needed when we arrived and checked out. The condo has a very nice pool area that is kept really clean, and the beach is within walking distance. The condo is supplied with everything you would ever want on a vacation, from cooking utensils to beach items. This will definitely be our first choice on our return trips to Naples.

Regatta was recommended to us by a friend. The unit they stayed in was not available so I searched for a different unit and found this one. I'm very particular about where we stay so I had concerns that the condo would not be up to my standards. When my family and I arrived, we were all impressed at how beautiful the condo was. Beautifully decorated and spotless!! We travel often and never have we stayed in a condo that was so completely stocked with literally anything you would need. Inna was great to work with too! Have no reservations about renting this beautiful condo.

After searching the Naples and Sanibel island area I found Inna,she was so helpful with any question and quick response to all. I was little scared not knowing what the condo looked like but after talking with her I could tell it was going to be special, and it was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. Totally equipped with anything you could ask for and more. Would recommend this place for family or romantic getaway. Location was great close to several different beaches ,restaurants, shopping and of course walking distance to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach!!! Thanks Inna for the hospitality you are the best!!! After doing lots of research on Naples beach condos, we decided upon the Regatta. From my first contact with the owners, it has been a flawless experience. Inna could not have been more accommodating, welcoming and responsive. The pictures of their condo gave a small glimpse of the care, thought and love they put into the decor. The place was really tastefully and beautifully decorated. It is equipped with EVERYTHING you need and more, from a panini maker, blender and a coffee grinder to lovely bedding and every beach accessory/kids toy one may need to have a wonderful time on the beach. Inna even stocks house necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, ziplocs, etc. for the condo. The condo is laid out well with the master on one end and the other two bedrooms on the other end of the unit. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and waterfall pool from the screened patio with a table, chairs for early morning breakfast/coffee. During our stay, the air conditioner had a technical issue and within a few hours Inna had an HVAC service man out to fix the problem. Her responsiveness was unbelievable! We come to Naples often and this condo is our favorite. The location is ideal - within a 5-10 min walk to Vanderbilt Beach, close to downtown shops, and grocery stores. Parking is covered and the Regatta is very private yet easy access to all Naples has to offer. Inna helped make our stay so welcoming and she is a great host! We cannot wait to come back.

From my first contacts with the owners of the beautiful condo, it has been a very positive experience. Inna could not have been more friendly and prompt in answering any questions that we had. The pictures and the descriptions of the condo really do not do it justice. The place is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation . There is a great view of the ocean from the screened patio. The place is very spacious and very comfortable. We have stayed at the Regatta in the pass and this was by far our favorite condo. The proximity to the pool and parking was ideal. It was at least 15 years ago that we stayed at the Regatta the first times and the grounds and property are still just as well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful condo to enjoy their stay in Naples, Florida. We definitely plan on returning.

Our first stay at Regatta was spectacular. Inna provided us with the perfect accommodations for our family. This was our first trip to Naples and it was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, including a beautiful view of the water. Everything was first class inside the condo and out. It was spotless and modern, which was very important to us. The grounds we immaculate and the pool was perfect. Everything you could possibly think of was provided for us, which made our stay so enjoyable. We have visited the Regatta several times before. This was our 4th different condo rental. It is by far the nicest one we have stayed at. Inna was wonderful to work with and made the process very easy. The pictures are accurate! The condo is spotless! What we loved about the condo in addition to the cleanliness, was the fact that everything was there, and of wonderful quality. Lovely bath towels, beach towels, bedding, furnishings - even down to the hangers! Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly need. No need to pack hair dryer. (one in each bathroom) Anything you or your children could possibly need for the beach and pool are available - don't forget to look in the cabinet in front of the garage space as well as closet! We loved the lanai and especially appreciated the lounge chair that was used all the time! (a great place to read while babysitting sleeping baby!) The view is gorgeous! The Regatta location can't be beat! A three block walk to the beach, across the street from the Ritz (Gumbo Limbo - best place to have dinner and take in the sunset!) around the corner from the Turtle Club - (excellent dinner and on the beach as well!) about 10 minutes to downtown Naples....... many great restaurants, Osteria Tulia, Campiello's, Truluck's, to name a few. We are already planning our next visit to this wonderful condo!

We (four adults ) stayed at this condo for nine nights. It was a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. They thought of everything we might need: shampoo, lotions, Kleenex, hairdryers, to name a few!! We loved the afternoon sun and the great views from the penthouse lanai, especially when the sun was setting the ocean lit up!! I The condo is in a great location----close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. We loved the Turtle Club which had great food on a beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen was equipped with every pot or pan you might desire, but we were on vacation and we went out to dinner! I would highly recommend this condo and the owners always responded to any email or phone call immediately.

Our second vacation at this beautiful Naples Regatta penthouse was just as wonderful as last year's vacation. The very accommodating owners provided all the necessities and conveniences of home to ensure their guests would be comfortable and enjoy their stay. Everything was perfect! One of the many highlights of this lovely condo is the spacious lanai which directly overlooks the pool surrounded by palm trees with a view of the ocean in the distance. This is the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast every morning as well as amazing sunsets in the evening. We even enjoyed lunches and dinners on the lanai. In addition to the two amazing Regatta pools (one with a waterfall that our grandchildren love), Vanderbilt Beach is only a five minute walk. This year we also tried Delnor Wiggins Beach (a short drive away) which is known for its great shelling, dolphins, and a variety of birds. There are shaded picnic tables as well as jungle-like paths with boardwalks leading to the powder white sand beach. It is almost like being on a caribbean island. Again, we thank the owners of this lovely condo for another fantastic vacation, and we look forward to returning for our third stay next February.

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and within a few miles of entertainment and shopping. We took our two young children and the owner was very attentive to our needs. Having three bedrooms allowed us to have our entire party in one location for less than the cost of two hotel rooms for the week. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Our only regret is not having more time to explore the area.

What a wonderful home away from home! This condo has all the amenities you could hope for. The view of the pool from the lanai is just beautiful! We had our coffee and fruit there every morning. I had forgotten my book at home, but found a delightful book to read in the library drawer. The beach is a short walk away. We look forward to a return visit. Inna was a pleasure to work with.

What a privilege it was to stay at this luxurious condo home! Everything was beautiful, well thought out and so-o-o-o comfortable. We enjoyed lots of good weather, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, as well as convenient shopping and dining. The view from the lanai was great overlooking the pool. We found ourselves eating and relaxed there often. Inna is a pleasure to work with, and quickly responds to any emails/ She has everything well organized for her guests, and labeled for a quick find. All you need to buy is the food! There is even a beach cart, chairs and umbrella making trips to the beach a breeze. Beautiful Vanderbilt beach is within a short walking distance, with its pristine white sand beaches. Dine or visit the Ritz Carlton just across the street for a special nite out. Adored this place, its conveniences and its great location. Inna was a true pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to friend/family and look forward to returning again!

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. This was our third trip to Naples but first time in apartment via VRBO. Trying to escape rainy autumn in France, we spent so much time to find a good accommodation and with Inna and this condo we could not make a better choice. Inna made the booking and payment so easy, she answered all our questions and helped us through the whole procedure. The condo itself looks even better then on the pictures and you will find in it all you need and even more. The location is perfect, just few steps to the beach, our daughter (3,5) had so much fun in the pool, shops and restaurants are 2 minutes away by car. We were so happy our our choice. Very children friendly - no worried about the balcony, many beach toys available, a crib / foldable travel bed is available in the apartment. We will sure be back!!! Thank you again, Inna.

We have been in Naples 7 times before. We have then stayed in the center of Naples near fifth. This is the second year in a row we have been at Vandebilt Beach and the beautiful and well equipped condo owned by Inna and Michael. We are from Norway and it`s a long journey to Naples. It`s therefore very important that the process regarding rental and information works perfect. I can guarantee you that the great service provided from Inna makes this process very smooth. The Condo itself is perfect and very well eqiupped. The resort area and the pool are clean and well maintaned. The location is perfect and you can choos to walk for 5 minutes to the beautiful beach or just relax by the pool. Good restaurants are in walking distance from the condo. We will come back next year. I will highly recommend this condo and i guarantee that you will be very pleased with your stay.

This 3/bd condo was fully stocked and beautifully situated overlooking the gorgeous pool with a view of the ocean, only a short walk away. We have already booked the same week next year! We found this wonderful condo very last minute.On holiday from the UK we had spent a week in Orlando and wanted a relaxing time for our last week of our holiday.As we hadn't booked anywhere we got online to see what was available in the Naples area. Inna replied immediately and the booking process was very easy. How fortunate we were to stay here. It is the most wonderful condo that we couldn't fault in any way. We always felt that we were staying in a friends home not a holiday rental. It is the best well equipped home we have ever stayed in.Everything is here. Perfect location for Vanderbilt Beach. Great restaurants nearby. Wonderful large balcony to watch the sunsets from. The Regatta itself is very impressive. Beautiful grounds,fab swimming pool,quiet,great location. We were a family of three and felt extremely comfortable here. In fact if you are just a couple,or a party of six ,book this condo,as it is a home from home and you will just love it. Inna was so helpful. In fact we didn't want to leave and ended up staying two extra days and Inna made the whole process so easy. We plan to return here as soon as we can. We loved the vacation over Easter at the Regatta. Let me start by saying everything about the condo was wonderful. It was very easy to reserve and most enjoyable. The condo is very nicely accommodating, with all the needed amenities. The location of the Regatta is awesome. And, the location of the condo in the Regatta is the best. When planning our winter escape with friends we hesitated to use VRBO as none of us had booked with them before. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience!! Inna and Michael's condo at the Regatta in Naples was everything they promised and more. We have traveled to Florida with our family numerous times, but our recent 4 week stay at this beautiful Naples Regatta penthouse condo was truly our very best Florida vacation. The extremely accommodating owners of this condo provided all the necessities, and we felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The condo lanai has a perfect view of the resort-like waterfall pool, the ocean in the distance, and fantastic sunsets. Besides enjoying this tastefully decorated condo and all the included conveniences, we also took advantage of the many nearby fine restaurants and shopping areas. We especially loved the Mercato, the Venetian Village, the Waterside Shops, and walking along Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples. This condo is so conveniently located to everything in Naples, and it is less than a two hour day trip to Sarasota's well known St Armand's Circle dining and shopping. We look forward to returning to this wonderful condo next year, and we thank the owners again for a perfect vacation!

We just returned from a month's stay in Naples and we are sorry it couldn't have been longer. The condo had every amenity that we needed and more. It was in a perfect location for visiting all the sights and restaurants in Naples. We loved sitting in the screened lanai viewing the magnificent pool and the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon. The owner Inna thought of everything that would make any vacationer extremely happy they were there. We enjoyed it so much that we plan on returning next year for a longer stay.

The location was ideal, close to fabulous restaurants and shopping and across the street from the Ritz. Our kids loved the pool and we were just a short walk to the beach. I stayed here with my family for a week , this is without doubt the best place we have rented in naples. The location is perfect near the ritz and a short walk from the beach. This condo feels like home but without the stress. It has everything you could think of. It is beautifully furnished. We stayed for a month and I didn't want to leave. The condo is laid out well which makes it feel so roomy. The lanai is great as it faces West so you get the afternoon sun and the beautiful sunsets. It's got a great pool and is only a couple blocks to the beach. This was a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty to do for all ages. The condo has everything you need to cook with. We made a full Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. Trips to the beach were easy with the beach cart that holds chairs, toys, towels and coolers to the beach. Except for Thanksgiving week, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Everything was included at the condo and having a washer and dryer really was nice. We'll definitely be back. You can rent this for a family, as a couple (with the romantic beach sunsets) or as a girls getaway. It is a fanatastic place. Everything was perfect. The owners are great to deal with and they were easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We walked in to this beautiful home and from the very first moment we felt welcomed and at home. Everything was clean and everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay was available for us to use. We were amazed that things looked nicer than even the pictures on VRBO showed. We cannot say enough how completely satisfied we were when dealing with Inna. What a wonderful modern, clean apartment. We had plenty of room for two adults, two teenagers and a 9 year old. There was everything we needed there including everything you'd want for the beach to every utensil in the kitchen. There were lovely fluffy towels both for the shower and the pool. All the beds were so comfortable, if i could have got one in my suitcase I would have squeezed one in!!!! The owner was really helpful and friendly. The pools were lovely, the main pool was great for families with something for everyone. Then theres the lap pool which was a quieter area, perfect for reading a book round or having a relaxed swim. Theres also a gym which was well equipped. Regatta is a great place to stay for anyone. The beach was great as was the water park near by.There lots of lovely eating places, a list of some are in a folder in the condo which came in very handy. A fantastic holiday made even better by such a lovely place to stay.

We are a family of 4 who has been in Naples several times. We have stayed several places before, mostly near the center of Naples, fifth avenue. During my earlier times in Naples i have been around looking for possible new places to stay. I thought the area around Vanderbilt was nice and decided to search around that area. Fortunately i discovered this condo at Regatta. You don`t need too look further! This condo has everything! Inna is a delight to talk to and everything works perfect. The condo is clean and very well maintaned. Everything works and the condo have all the small things that you always miss when you are on holiday. It`s like being in your own home. We had a great month in Naples and the restaurants that Inna suggested was very good. The Mercato area is great and we tried out some great restaurants there. I will recommend The Capital Grill, a bit pricy but the food is excellent. For sunset dining we found the Turtle Club as a fantastic place with perfect location and great food. Thank you very much Inna for your generous hospitality and excellent service. You really know how to make people feel well. We will be back next year:-)

This condo was beautiful and complete with all the amenities a family could ask for. The kids loved the pool area, especially our 4 year old who enjoyed the 0 foot entry area. The condo had all the kitchen utensils a gourmet chef could ask for and the beach supplies to keep a family of 5 content for hours at the beach. We definitely plan to return to this condo in the future.

We just returned from our very relaxing 10 day stay at this perfect condo. The condo is located just a short walk away from Vanderbilt Beach. We enjoyed our daily walks to Vanderbilt Beach. There is a beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas for your use which was a pleasant surprise. The full sized kitchen is great if you choose to cook (Publix supermarket is up the block) or you can barbecue poolside. There are also excellent restaurants in the area that vary from casual to fine dining. There is a bicycle rental shop on Vanderbilt Beach Road near 41 that offers daily or weekly rentals. There are plenty of trails and bike lanes to take in the great views of the Naples area that we got to enjoy during our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to feel they are at their home away from home while on vacation. Nothing has been overlooked by Inna and Michael to make your vacation a pleasant and memorable experience. We hope to stay here again when we return to Naples. Thanks for everything Inna and Michael!

What an awesome vacation our family had. We had never stayed on Regatta. Our kids said "you hit it out of the park on this one!" We all had such a wonderful time. The condo had everything it said it would, just as Inna conveyed, everything within walking distance, wonderful restaurants, shopping and beautiful sunsets. This home provided plenty of play toys for all ages for the beach, umbrellas & chairs, beach towels, sand toys etc., not to mention the perfectly lovely & very clean unit. We enjoyed the screened lanais, comfortable beds, great kitchen & all the tools for cooking.The pool & common grounds were beautifully kept. We are all looking forward to staying at this condo in the future. We made memories that will last a lifetime & we were all sad when it was time to leave. Thank you again Inna. My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this wonderful condo. I would ditto on every other great review written on ths property. From first stepping in the door and seeing how immaculate it was, to each day realizing, that there was nothing that she didn't think of providing that her renters would have a need for. I can truly say, that they made it so you felt like a guest and not a renter in their home.The unit is in a great building on the Regatta property. It is above the pool area with a view of the ocean and a beautiful sunset. A very short walk to the beach, (yes, they also provide coolers, chairs, beach toys and ------more). Our stay in Naples was made all the better by this beautiful condo in the Regatta. The photos on VRBO perfectly represented all that it has to offer. This unit is on the top floor with a lanai that has a spectacular view of the sunset. The condo was freshly renovated, very clean and well-stocked with the basics like hand soap, toilet paper and napkins. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable. We are a family of 6 and this unit had plenty of space for us. It was also quiet at night. We slept with our windows open and enjoyed the sound of the waterfall at the pool while we slept. The owners were extremely responsive before and during our stay. We were even welcomed with a gift when we arrived. We definitely plan to stay in this unit again when we are in Naples. I have recommended the Regatta and this unit specifically to friends. It is fantastic and the owners are first class!!

Everything was so clean and new...a welcome from the owners...beautiful bed linens and towels...everything you could ask for right downto the pizza cutter and egg cups....Inna and Michael have not missed a thing in this condo.Inna was a pleasure to deal with right from the first contact to the end as we were leaving.The condo overlooks the family pool....wonderful sunny afternoons on your deck overlooking the family pool,which by the way,didn't get busy until around 10am and quiet ended down around 5pm.so,while you had lots of entertainment during the day,you had peace and quiet on your own deck at evening time,during which you could enjoy the beautiful Naples sunset! 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach and some really great restaurants! All the amenities you could asked for have been providedby Inna and Michael. We would strongly reccomend this condo to anyone for a short or long holiday!Thank you Inna & Michael!

We just returned from a fantastic two weeks in this condo. What a treat! Inna has the place so well stocked you won't want for a single thing. From everything you would want for a day on the beach to everything you might desire in the kitchen, this place has it. She has it so well-stocked with everything a person may need. The Regatta is just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and has two wonderful swimming pools and is in a safe, gated area. Our family also enjoyed walking, sometimes driving, to the Mercato Mall which has a Whole Foods, Chipotle, state of the art movie theatre, etc. Publix is within a short walking distance with a wonderful gelato shop next to it with the best homemade gelato! The Ritz Carlton...Gumbo Limbo, The Turtle Club, etc. are very close by, 5 minute walk, serving great lunches and dinners. The location is perfect. Perfect! Inna and Michael go far beyond expectations to accommodate their guests. They sincerely and truly have the best interest of their guests. If you are looking for accommodations for a family of four or five, clean, up to date, extremely organized, well stocked, every amenity within a condo that is needed for an extended stay, fantastic location, and wonderful owners….book it now! My Family and I can only speak for here and now. When booking vacations, I realize that every family and every circumstance may be different, I can only speak from our experiences and that if anyone should ever have a complaint about this property, I would be very surprised. We are a 4-5 star resort type of family and we know this type of clientele can be very difficult to keep happy, so please remember that with VRBO’s you are little more accountable, a little more involved, and you must give and take when comparing to the 4-5 star resorts. I highly recommend this property, except for the last two weeks of the year (which will hopefully belong to our family). If you don’t have a deep appreciate for this uncharacteristic type of effort, this is not the place for you. Our stay has been fantastic! It also makes this review that much easier to write when it’s (-10) degrees back home and 85 degrees in Naples.

I have used VRBO many times and I have to say that this condo and the owners have been the best experience I have had to-date. I am fairly familiar with the Naples area and I believe this is a really great overall location with easy access to a great and expansive beach, excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. The condo itself was (is) in truly outstanding condition and well stocked with all that was needed (and then some). Most important from my perspective, is that the condo was very, very "comfortable & homey." This is an attribute that is difficult to replicate and, as a result, can and should be a vacation and get-away option for full families, couples, friends, etc. Obviously, I highly recommend this excellent condo to rent....and look forward to coming back again!

We rented this condo for a week during Thanksgiving. The owners have not left out any detail. The owners have made sure that you have everything you need while staying here. Vanderbilt beach is only blocks away, awesome shopping & restaurants are very close. We felt like we were at home each day.....we loved having coffee every morning on the lanai and seeing the view of the pool and ocean off in the distance. We were very sad to leave, we will definitely stay here when we visit again.

From the beginning to the end of our stay in Naples I loved every little thing about this condo. It has everything you could ask from A-Z. The view is unforgettable and the location is just as great being approximately 2 minute walk form the beach. I plan on returning next year without a doubt and recommend this home to all my friends and family.

My wife and I usually stay at the Ritz Carlton when traveling away from home (mostly for the safety the hotel brings). However, because we were traveling with our children and wanted more space for a lower cost, we decided to rent this condo (directly across the street). We made an excellent choice! The pictures are truly what you’ll be getting and Inna has thought of absolutely everything you can think of (you’ll feel like you are at home, but with an oceanfront view). The owners are very good with communication and responding to emails and phone calls (we accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit on day one, and in 2 minutes Inna had has back in). The pros of staying here: Great location, very secure building, easy access to the beach, and shopping, and amazing views. Our 8 year old loved the outdoor pools. Cons of staying here: absolutely none. The unit is beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for more. **Traveler Tip** If you head to the beach around 7pm, you'll see amazing sunsets and have less of a crowd

Having rented my own beach house on VRBO for years and being very particular about where we stay when on vacation, I can honestly say this is one of the most organized and stocked units you will ever find. I tend to take a lot of kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags that we have everything we need when we get there and don't have to go shopping. I literally did not need anything. Inna has thought of everything! The unit is very nicely decorated...it looks better in person than it does in the pictures. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday and while we had a lot of rain, we really enjoyed the condo and the location within Naples...close and easy to everything. Inna is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a vacation in Naples.

What a great condo! The photos reflect exactly the clean and updated space. Everything you need down to the zip lock bags; all the linens are quality and we love having the washer/dryer option. Inna is a great hostess and responses quickly to anything. The condo is walking distance to Ritz and Beach. All you need is your bathing suit and family. Our biggest mistake was not staying more than a week. We will definitely return again!

This condo was perfect for our vacation with a beautiful view of the gulf, resort pool, and an easy walk to the public beach. The owner had everything we needed, and most things were either new or in excellent condition. The condo is also very close to a large new shopping area in North Naples. I accidently left several items behind, and the owner graciously sent them back to me at no charge. I would highly recommend this condo, and look forward to renting it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! The owners thought of literally EVERYTHING when furnishing this place! The pool was wonderful with zero depth entry perfect for kids as well as grills for enjoying lunch/dinner poolside! The gorgeous beach was a short 2 block walk away all on sidewalk and quiet street. Along the way you pass an adorable convenience station where you can grab any last minute needs for the beach as well as the best homemade ice cream I have ever tasted!! The location, the building and the condo itself were amazing and we will definitely be returning!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Naples over 25 times in the past 10 years. In all of our stays, this condo was absolutely perfect! The location is steps away from the Ritz, Turtle Club and LaPlaya for viewing sunsets or fabulour dining. The condo is also just a short walk to one of the best beaches in all of Florida. Perfect for long walks, swimming, sunning or sunset watching. The condo is on the 6th floor and has a perfect view of the Regatta complex and all the way to the ocean. The condo itself is professionally furnished and is stocked with everything you will need for you stay. The condo also has all of the beach or pool items you will need. The owners were great to work with and responded timely to every request. If you're looking for a first class vacation, this is it!!

From the minute we stepped foot into the beautifully decorated condo we felt like we were at home. Everything was very organized. The photos did not do the place justice - better than photos. The kitchen had every pot and pan you could ever desire. The bath towels were higher end. Inna spared no expense to make sure her guests felt comfortable. All the rooms were updated. The place was very clean. Very short walk to the beach. If you have kids it is the perfect location. Bonus was a nice workout room with cardio equipment and free weights. There are grills near the pool as well. A shopping plaza is about 1/2 mile down the road (Royal Scoop ice cream is in the plaza). We had a great view overlooking the pool. Inna was also a pleasure to work with. We hope to stay again in the future.

This unit is what you hope to get when you rent something based on pictures. The photos accurately reflect all the amenities and appearance. The owner has very thoughtfully provided for all the little things you rely on at home, such as plastic containers, wine glasses, printer/copier and even down to small things like paper clips and scotch tape. It has recently been remodeled and is extremely clean. The location provides a wonderful view of the pool directly below and the Gulf in the distance. It is very convenient to a mall, movie theatre and many dining facilities. My wife is handicapped and easy access to the pool allowed her to spend hours every day just relaxing in the sun. I've rented many places for many years and the owner is the most caring, thoughtful and responsive owner I have dealt with. It was truly a memorable 2 month get away for us.

We had a wonderful week at this spacious condo in The Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples. This property is exceptionally attractive, very clean, and fresh in every way. It has a nice view over the grounds and from the lanai you can see the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon a block or so away. The owners seem particularly well-organized and caring. We felt they had thought of everything a guest might need. Everything in the kitchen, for example, is new, well-designed , and in perfect condition. Outside, The pool area is generously sized, wasn't crowded during our stay, but was friendly in atmosphere. The fitness center was clean and attractive. There are many restaurants and amenities in the area. We would definitely return to this terrific condo.

My sisters and a friend and I spent several days in this condo at the beginning of January and we loved it! The place looks exactly like the photos (which surprised me) - beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen and closets have everything you would need for a short or long stay and the set up of the rooms was perfect for our group. The condo is within a short walk of beautiful Vanderbilt beach and downtown Naples is really only 15 minutes away by car. Inna was very accommodating and the set up of the place was such that we really just felt at home during the time that we were there. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely go back if we have a chance.

We have stayed in other condos within The Regatta and this penthouse property is one of the nicest. The condo is very well appointed, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. We arrived several hours early of our check in time and the owner was very helpful and accomdating. Would recommend this property to anyone.

The penthouse was beautifully furnished and the amenities provided with it, were outstanding. The gated Regatta complex with its two pools, exercise area and outdoor dinning and available barbeque grills were very well maintained. The boat docking facilities at the rear made a nice alternative to everyone having to go to the boat store, just pick up the rest of the crew at the dock. Vanderbilt beach a 5 minute walk away (a breeze with the buggy provided including chairs) was the best we visited in the area. This will definitely be a repeat vacation spot.

This is one of the nicest condos that me and my husband have stayed in Naples. The sunset and is magnificent. The condo has everything you need from entertaining to the beach.
