Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a modern expanding table to accommodate a dinner party. Flatscreen TV's are in both the living room and master bedroom. Free WiFi and a writing desk are also included in the condo.
In the master bedroom, there is a king size bed with private attached bathroom and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and also two pull-out trundles to accommodate four people on occasion. The trundle beds are normal twin-size mattresses underneath the twin beds. The second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet which continues through to the attached second bathroom.
Located right on the famous shelling beach, the Gulfview Club is a desired location on beautiful Marco Island. The Gulfview also offers amenities including an outdoor heated swimming pool with a large deck, private beach access, social room, covered parking, security, fitness room, and tennis and pickleball courts.

Note: The condo association has a policy that for the months of June, July, and August, a renter must rent all three months at a time with arrival before June 1. For all other months, a monthly rental is required. Preference given to Jan-Feb booked together and March-April booked together. Thanks!

The Gulfview Club is located right next to Residents’ Beach, a private beach for Marco Island residents and renters of a month or longer. Many restaurants and shopping centers are close to the condominium. You can visit art galleries, the farmers market, or see the adorable burrowing owls in hidden places around the island.
Naples also offers excellent restaurants and world-class shopping, the Naples Zoo, golf courses, day and evening cruises, and fishing charters.
Florida's Everglades are only 30 minutes away. Take an airboat tour through mangrove tunnels and across wet grasslands.

There are laundry rooms on each floor with two washers and two dryers close to the elevators. Refillable laundry card provided.
