We have been to Florida 15 times over the last 25 years and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. It's lovely and spacious with room for our big family and the house is amazing with rooms to suit everyone. All the facilities and equipment that comes with the house are amazing from cots,prams and high chairs to laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The pool and area are a joy to be in with the exceptionally large south-facing pool and enough seats and tables for everyone. Lastly you could not find a better owner than Charles who was on hand for anything we needed help with and more. We have just been in the hurricane and Charles made everything safe and informed us of everything we needed to know. We cannot recommend this villa and owners enough and we will be back as soon as we can Julie, Paul and family

I found Aunger online & within minutes of making first enquirely Charles was on the phone to answer any questions we had. We told him all our requirements and budget & he was happy to help.We had looked at every villa in Orlando and none came close to the location (7 minutes to Disney just off the 192), spec (huge pool and great layout) and everything we needed provided.You are always nervous booking direct and managing your expectations but I have to say the communication from Aunger was outstanding. Not just the emails but digital guide books, whatsapp number, uk & us numbers and quick response to any questions.Fully equipped Kitchen, Loads of seating and space around the pool. Top quality beds and matresses. All linens and towel - even separate pool towels, starter pack, coffee tea juice water tp, all waiting for us on arrival. Super clean villa. Best villa/acommodation we have ever stayed in.Thank you Joanne and Charles - we will be back!

Each differently-themed room was well thought out, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans—almost anything else you may need through a week. There were towels for each bathroom, and the pool had separate towels. The pool was warm and very clean. We had a great time on the two relaxing days we spent by the pool.Proximity to the Disney properties should not be overlooked. It was only a minute's drive and very easy to get in and out. Lastly felt very secure is a gated community and could not have asked for more.

I would advertise this house as one of the best house rentals I have experienced. Owners were in touch both before and during the house. The house was immaculate and well-kept. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and the family (of 16) made good use of it. It was easy to enter and exit the neighborhood and it is straightforward to navigate to the parks and Orlando generally. The pictures in the description are accurate, and the whole family (ages 9-50) enjoyed their stay in a themed room. I cannot recommend the house and the owners enough.

Just returning from a fabulous 16 nights at this beautiful villa. We were a mixed family group of 17 people with ages ranging from 1-77. The villa is very close to Disney, with an amazing pool and terrace and the best appointed games room we’ve ever seen ! There really was something for everyone.The owner was a pleasure to deal with, kept in touch throughout our stay, and was very accommodating with some last minute changes and a late checkout request. We would strongly recommend this villa and hope to return again next time we visit Orlando.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mickey’s Oyster and our host - couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! From the moment we booked they went out of their way to make our stay totally perfect by providing help and information on all manner of things such as local places to visit, restaurants and of course the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. The really couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive, replying to any queries in a super speedy manner - we felt like they were one of the family by the end of our stay!We are a large family of 12, with three youngsters aged 2, 3 and 6yrs, and from the moment we walked into this beautiful and spacious home we were all totally blown away!! The comfortable furnishings, fabulous décor, themed rooms with Disney magic, cinema room with pool table (which got lots of use!) are just a few of the villa’s utterly perfect features. The home is exactly as shown in the photos – in fact better – it is beautifully clean with ample towels in all the bathrooms and for use by the heated pool. Speaking of the pool - WOW – it is totally wonderful!! The whole family loved it, and it rapidly became a firm favorite - it was a great place to relax and have fun after a busy day out at the theme parks. It is spacious with ample seating, gets a lovely amount of sun and has beautiful clear views of the starry skies at night. There were lots of extras for us all to enjoy, were our favorites. The bedrooms are stunning with great theming and the beds are super comfy, all the bed linen was clean and luxurious, and the entire villa was spotless.The host does an amazing job of providing all the home comforts - including all kitchen tools, utensils, and appliances. The laundry room easily accommodated our large family’s washing needs. There are 2 huge fridge freezers and supermarkets (to fill them!) are within 3 minutes’ drive away. The villa’s location is perfect for local restaurants and theme parks, and Formosa Gardens is quiet with beautiful views and scenery. Mickey’s Oyster truly is the most perfect holiday home and with perfect hosts, I really cannot fault them and their luxurious home - I thoroughly recommend staying here and we all cannot wait to come back when we visit Orlando again. We have just returned from a great family holiday in Florida we took all our family away for our fiftieth wedding anniversary ,three years late .We stayed at Hartley House ,we have never stayed in a american home so well stocked the kitchen so well equipped, the games room and Kariaoke a pure delight.The swimming pool was so nice and spacious the icing on the cake .if you want to have a stay in Formosa Gardens at Hartley house with a great owner ,you will not be disappointed thats for sure.
