Walk to everything, 5 short blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ave, the heart of the action & also private parking avl to tenants a block from Johnie Browns the absolute middle of the hot spots on Atlantic Ave. no pets no smokers no motorcycles, bikes, or scooters inside home. 150 per night 7 days. 4 days stay slightly higher. Must talk to owner to book. Only 5 blocks to the ocean, beautiful Delray Beach, chairs and lounges avl. no charge.

Beautiful & Clean Place to Stay!!! CLOSE to the BEACH

I lived in this house from June 2022 until November of 2022 and the stay was fantastic! It's a beautiful property just north of downtown (walking distance to Atlantic Ave and other stores around like Publix), 1 mile (15-20 minute walk) from Delray Beach, and is clean and in a great neighborhood.The owner is a great guy who goes by Lenny and always accommodated anything I needed. He has a yard service come and clean the property up once a month or as needed, and was a huge help for me getting to know the area.I would 100% recommend living here if you're looking to stay for a few months or even a year.
