The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. The Master bedroom features a King pillow top bed and TV. Bedroom #2 has a King pillow top bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen pillow top bed. Each bedroom features large closets. The living room is so spacious and open and includes a 70” flat screen TV, equipped with Direct TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and pots and pans. The outdoor area has a beautiful yard, patio and grill and is ready for your memories to be made!
A spacious parking pad with 12’6” clearance allows plenty of room for your boats and other toys!

This house is right in the middle of all of the action. If boating is your thing, you can drive a few minutes in either direction to the boat launches. Our downtown area is about 8 miles away and includes boutiques for shopping that offer antiques, home furnishings, local art, unique gifts and the cutest clothing! Enjoy access to some of the best local restaurants that serve savory and fresh local seafood and sweet treats.

The location of this beautiful house was so convenient for access to the beach (approx 2 min) & also downtown Port St Joe. The house was perfect for our family of six and was very clean. Karisa did so well in answering any questions that we had & making us feel well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & want to visit again!!
