The villa has a fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, smart tvs in every room, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and ball, beach necessities, a grill and 2 bicycles. We have a great patio outside that has a lot of plants, a grill and a table to eat. You can see partial sunset from the back yard and it has a great view of the stars. It is a very peaceful area.

Kids get their own space in the twin bedroom that has a smart tv for them. We have kids books, beach toys and a backyard for them to play in. They can also play basketball and go swimming just a few minutes down the road in the community amenities. I have 3 kids that love staying!
We are close to restaurants, shopping, golf courses, bowling, parks, beaches and attractions. It is a quiet community with a quiet time of 10pm

This villa has been updated with nicely decorated beach colors. It's very comfortable and the area is very quiet. The pool area is very nice and located less than a 5 minute walk from the house. We enjoyed our stay here. Shayna is very accommodating and available at anytime.Anna Maria island and their beautiful beaches are about 20 minutes away. Lots of local restaurants and bars/entertainment around this neighborhood.We will stay here again.

The property was as represented in the photos and was very clean upon our arrival. Nice compliment of cookware, spices, etc. Easy communication with owner and easy entry. Nice selection of beach cooler, chairs, etc., but did not use. Had one minor problem which was promptly addressed. Nice location in West Bradenton. Would definitely consider for future rentals.

Conveniently located near grocery stores and other shopping, and an easy drive to the beach. Clean, well equipped family-friendly villa with a washer and dryer. Cute beach theme! We had plenty of room for my husband and me and our son, daughter-in law, and three grandchildren. Everything was as presented and Shayna was wonderful to work with! A perfect vacation with priceless memories!!
