Come enjoy this newly constructed gulf front home and make new memories with your family. This beautiful and modernly styled home offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The elevated boardwalk provides quick and easy access to our white sand beaches and clear blue water. Guests can take advantage of the beach gear provided or use our Vayk voucher to rent paddle boards and kayaks.
The ground level offers a large, covered carport perfect for boat parking. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a dip in the in-ground pool. (Pool heat can be added during cooler seasons for an additional fee) On this level you will also find an additional refrigerator and freezer with an in-door ice maker. An airconditioned half bathroom is also located on the ground level for guest convenience. Don’t forget to take advantage of this home’s elevator to make loading and un-loading a breeze.
Each level of this home offers amenities that make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The open concept kitchen and dining area offer an unobstructed view of the gulf that opens into a large, covered porch. Relax with your friends or family while taking in our gorgeous sunsets and move to the wet bar to mix your favorite drink.

Beautiful decor
The house is prettier than the pictures and the view is amazing from the third story balcony. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to the beach but we were there to scallop. Having enough space for the boat and our vehicles was key and that was no problem with the ample parking. The elevator was very helpful as there are a lot of steps to the top floor kitchen and living area. Coming from other beach house renting experiences, we have come to expect common spices and possibly extra toilet paper, etc to be available just from other guests leaving behind but there was not. No aluminum foil or ziplocks, so you really do need to bring that stuff or make a quick trip to the little store down the road. The house was very clean. The carport is extremely slippery when there is any bit of water so be careful there. We had a great time at Hi Cotton.
