This beautifully decorated and immaculate home on the canal is a short walk to the beach, and is ready to host you and your family/friends! With 3 bedrooms, office, and 2.5 baths, 411 Cottage Court is located in the desirable Tiger Tail Beach area. Enjoy the beautiful weather sitting at our southern-facing poolside or on the dock, where you'll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Bikes and helmets are available for touring the island, as well as beach gear for a trip to Tiger Tail Beach, only .3 miles away.

January and April are open for the 2025 Season!

House is also available upon inquiry for May, June, November and December for bi-weekly rental, please inquire on availability.

Strict no pet home due to allergies.

Why this property? We purchased this house in 2020, however, the home has been in our family since it was built in 2002. This home is well-loved, and will be where we will enjoy our retirement one day!

411 Cottage Court was a wonderful place to winter for the first 4 months of 2023. The house is well laid out with two bedrooms on one side of the open living area and the main bedroom and an office off the foyer on the other side of the great room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and spices. (A real bonus when renting.) There was also cleaning supplies, extra light bulbs and paper products in the closets. Outside, the pool and lanai are beautiful with plenty of comfortable furniture and a grill.

The house, garage, and outdoor areas are all immaculate and well maintained. The owner is gracious and very responsive to the minor problems that arose. This is a five star home and perfect for a multi-generational vacation.

Q:

What utilities are included in my monthly/seasonal rental?

A:

The utilities are all paid (including water, electric, cable tv and internet, lawn service, pest service, pool service.) The exception is that guests are responsible for electric charges exceeding $200 per month. (This is customary for rentals, and it has to do mainly with how warm you decide to heat the pool.)

Q:

What do you require to secure the property?

A:

For holding the house for seasonal rental, deposit schedule is as follows: 1/3 due at signing, 1/3 due in 60 days, remaining 1/3 due within 90 days.

Q:

Which direction does your pool, deck, and canal face?

A:

The sun is in the back of the house-southern facing-during the afternoon. So the pool, deck, canal have sun in the afternoon.

Q:

Do you have patio furniture outside?

A:

A brand new comfortable patio set was recently purchased in 2024, (pictured in photos) and is positioned outside of the Master Bedroom. In addition, we have a 6 seat oval table and chair set outside of the kitchen area, as well as a smaller round 4 seat table with umbrella on the pool deck. (Not pictured in photos.)

Five Star Home Perfect for Multi-Generational Vacation

Spectacular!!

Currently week one of our two month retreat from the cold winter weather up north. Can’t say enough about the amenities offered. From the comfortable living/kitchen area to the spacious master suite to the tranquil pool area listening to the waterfall with morning coffee. Sandy has been a gracious host with lots of suggestions of things to do on and off the island. We look forward to the rest of our time and daily walks on Tigertail Beach. Truly a special place!
