Welcome to our Cape Coral paradise home. Relax and unwind soaking the sun over the pool or enjoy the nice breeze sipping some margaritas on the sunbathing chairs.
The house comes with a screened in lanai, heated pool, two full living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, separate dining area, three bedrooms with two fully renovated baths, washer and dryer. Bicycles and beach accessories are available at the house.

I spent a very special weekend with my family. The house is beautiful exactly as shown in the photos, impeccable cleanliness and Rocio was in communication at all times to know if I needed anything.
