Located in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, you can enjoy a private south facing pool deck and a fully stocked home of comfort. The single floor living makes it easy and safe for all your families’ needs.

The living room features comfortable sofas and seating and a feeling of space from the vaulted ceiling. You have direct access to the south facing pool and deck area.

There is a Smart TV, ceiling fan and various lighting options to enhance your comfort.

Our chef kitchen features high-end, stainless-steel appliances with plenty of cookware and bakeware! This bright and clean space offers a U-shaped kitchen and a raised breakfast bar.

The walk-in pantry offers plenty of storage for all your self-catering foods and supplies.

The formal Dining room features a table to seat 8 comfortably and a buffet & bar with a wide assortment of drink and dinnerware for a guaranteed good time.

There are 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 10.

Bedroom 1 is a Master Suite with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

This huge room comes equipped with a private, dedicated work desk overlooking the pool. Enjoy your own private pool entrance and kick back with a 46” smart enabled TV, remote controlled ceiling fan and dimmable lighting options.

Bedroom 2 is a Master Suite with a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

There is a large smart tv and a variable speed fan. All luxurious bed linens are provided.

Bedroom 3 is a twin suite featuring a pottery barn feature bed that the kids are going to love, we also feature a twin bed in the room. The room features a Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 is a second twin offering a further pottery barn bed and additional sofa which can convert into a further double size bed upon request. This space features ample clothes storage. A smart TV is located within the room.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

Ensuite Bathroom to Bedroom 1

This features dual vanity unit, a bath and separate shower. There is a separate toilet that has access to the pool deck, so making a perfect convenience for families.

Ensuite Bathroom to Bedroom 2

The adjoining bathroom features a bath / shower combo, vanity unit.

Bathroom 3

The two twin bedrooms can share bathroom 3. There is a shower over the bath

There is a gorgeous private, screened-in south facing pool & spa with a 52” smart enabled TV angled just right so you can watch all your favourite sports and movies right from the pool!

The covered lanai is the perfect shady retreat to enjoy alfresco dining.

The pool deck comes equipped with child proof fencing for safety and peace of mind.

We recommend adding pool heating during winter months, November 1st through March 30th so there’s one less thing to have to worry about on vacation, this is an additional $35 a night.

The villa is surrounded by lush hedges for privacy and is close to the clubhouse which features both tennis and volleyball courts and a kids play area.

Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
