Condo sleeps 6, one king bed, one queen bed and a sleeper sofa with a new mattress to accommodate short term guests or family that may come visit. This community is conveniently located miles from the Fort Myers airport and Interstate 75, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Naples, Bonita or Fort Myers. Excellent location. HOA Rental application and Lease application required. Private gated manned entrance one pool is directly near the condo so you don't have to use the main pool. I have tried to include everything you need-just back your personal items. Looking for someone who will take 3-4 months in season.

Notes:
At the time of booking with the owner 50% will be due up front. Check or online payment. Second deposit will be due 60 days prior to stay. No refunds one you are within 60 days of arrival.
HOA Application is through the community online, which owner will give access to. Payments for HOA application are collected online ($100). Once you arrive, you will pay the application admin fee and keycard fee ($130) at the HOA office which is onsite. This will allow you entrance into the amenities area. Final cleaning fee is due with the rental amounts. Refundable Damage Deposit returned after final cleaning is complete and no damage is seen.

About the host: I have been renting vacations properties in the SouthWest Florida area for many years. This is my newest condo and I was happy to be able to update and remodel it to be a wonderful vacation destination. I enjoy getting the know the people that rent from me. I like to make people feel comfortable working with me and try to make their time here easy and relaxing. I am a Realtor here in Naples, where I live with my husband and 2 dogs. Why this property? This property grabbed our attention since it was a lovely and quiet community in a great location and on a first floor. Estero, FL is an up and coming area. The condo is located close to the airport, interstate, plenty of great shopping, the university, and plenty of restaurants. The community is full or great amenities, pool, tennis, fitness area, pickleball, basketball. The condo has its own neighborhood pool just steps from the condo. There are only 4 condos per building, so it makes for a very quiet location.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide towel, linens, kitchen items?
Yes, everything you need for your stay, bath towels, beach towels, extra sheets. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with dishware, pans, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot.
How far is it to the pool?
We have neighborhood pool within steps of our unit. There is also a clubhouse area with a large outdoor pool
How far is the nearest grocery store?
The local Publix grocery store is less than 2 miles away on the same road that the condo is on. Very easy to get to.
Do you provide beach items?
I do provide beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler
Do you only rent for season, which is January - March?
We also rent throughout the year. May, June, October November, December are some of my favorite months, Weather if great and it is less busy. Summer months are also great too.
What do I do if I have questions during my stay or any issues?
Contact me directly. A number will be provided. Don't hesitate.
How do I allow guests to visit me?
Just let me know via text or email your guests name and I will add them to our visitor log so they can get through the gate.

I have stayed at Julie's condo for the past 2 years and loved it. It is decorated so nicely - when friends came over they all said how much they liked it! This condo is on the first floor and has an absolutely beautiful water view. I will miss it so much! Julie is so easy to work with and made my stay so easy since she provides everything.
