We just purchased our new cottage in Ocean Resorts Co-Op Inc., located in N. Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce. The unit was built in 2015 and has been completely refurnished in May of this year. Ocean Resorts Co-op Inc. is across the street from a beautiful sandy beach, and offers a boat ramp, boat slips, a huge heated pool, and all the amenities that go with full ownership in our wonderful resort. Just steps from the ocean, the park is one of the quietest stretches on the coast of Florida. Multiple park activities include; tennis, fishing, golf, bocce, crafts and more, along with fun tournaments to get to know your neighbors. If you like to socialize and keep active, you’ve come to the right place.
The park houses permanent homes, park models, mobile homes, travel trailers, larger destination trailers and fifth wheels. Our Resort, however, has a few rental requirements. The resort doesn’t allow us to rent out out units more than once in any one month. This means if we break up a month, we can’t rent out time for the rest of the month. For this reason we are looking to rent out the whole month which makes it difficult for someone with a limited vacation window to rent our unit unless they can take it for a full month. However, we can rent the unit out for a minimum of two weeks if the unit isn’t booked thirty days prior to the date being requested.

Close to our national Navy Seal Museum, the area has many fine restaurants for any taste. The park is only two miles from Vero Beach with shopping opportunities for everyone. Enjoy the Ft. Pierce farmers market, live music and boating activities throughout.

Rates are flexible for long term rentals. Our Resort requires a minimum of a one month rental. All park rules and regulations must be adhered too. Discount is available for long term rentals.
