We are open and so is the beach/area! Completely remodeled luxury beach condo with balcony. Beach views from balcony and living room. (3 minute walk) New Saatva Luxury mattress in Master. 2nd Bedroom has double over double bunk bed with twin trundle. Couch has a pullout bed that sleeps two more if needed. Kid-friendly! Pack n play with memory foam mattress and diaper genie. Toys, child-proofing, kid utensils etc in unit. WiFi with google mesh network if you must work. Beach supplies, towels, wagon, chairs, toys umbrellas.. below in storage. Paddleboard and bike rental available nearby! Restaurants, bars, and shopping with walking or biking distance. 1100 sq ft total space. We welcome families, and have many sleeping options, but please use your best judgement/common sense about the amount of space your family will be comfortable living in for a week or more. Why Kids Love It
We have all the kid stuff.. books, toys, utensils, beach toys.. The Gulf is generally warmer and calmer water than the Atlantic side, which makes it family-friendly. Skim boarding is popular over on our side. Our particular section of beach is right next to a private beach, which makes it much quieter and less chaotic than a lot of other areas.
Indian Rocks Beach is the locals beach! Less touristy, but with many cool local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and the sunsets are incredible. Quit fighting the crowds at some of the larger beaches and stay over in IRB. This property is located right at the border of public and private beach, which makes for an ideal location.

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed and loved the decor. Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Enjoyed being walking distance from some great restaurants. We had bicycles for the week so made many short trips down to more restaurants and activities in IRB, Belleair, and south Clearwater beach. Would definitely recommend to other friends and family.
