Everything works great, the kitchen has everything if you need to cook, the bathrooms have shampoo conditioner, something I didn't expect, they have clean towels and the beds are very comfortable, the location is great, the amenities in the house are excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and we feel at home, the host has great service, and I would certainly come back

This is just what my family needed!! The pool is wonderful. My boys had the best time fishing the canal. The house is close to everything. 5 minute walk down to the bay and we seen 2 dolphins!! I can't wait to book again next year or 2!! Thank you so much Taylar!!

Taylar's place is great. Pictures are exactly as the place is and it is once of the nicest houses in the neighborhood. Nicely renovated house. Beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room for 6 people to lounge, eat, and relax. Backyard and dock are the highlights of the house. Pool and hot tub were really nice to have and we made great use of the dock with a boat for the entire week. The dock can hold a boat about 22-23 feet nothing bigger as there is a lift there and the neighbor has a couple of boats. The canal is easy in and out access to Sarasota Bay. Short ride south down to New Pass and out to the gulf or about the same ride north to the southern portion of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Pass. Sandbars and beaches in the area. Taylar is very responsive and very easy to work with. It was a great family vacation and we look forward to staying at Taylar's place again.

Our family enjoyed our stay for the week! The pool and area surrounding out back was wonderful! Plenty of seating and plenty of sun!! It would’ve been nice to have an umbrella or two to be able to get your face underneath to block the sun but we managed to find a shady spot over by the trees at times. They also had a screened in porch off of the dining area of the home looking out over the pool that was nice if you didn’t want to be in the sun (but no a/c, just a fan). This was also a great place to put all your pool items when finished in case a little shower came up in the evening. Speaking of pool items…those could use an update. The majority of the pool items were not working properly due to being torn up, broken, missing parts, etc. we went gonna spoil our fun though and had a great time reguardless!! Happy Vacationing!! ️️

This spot was the perfect getaway for our family to enjoy a nice week long vacation! It's conveniently located, amenities galore, and the Taylar was a fantastic host!! Our family had guest ranging from 70yrs of age to 1 1/2 & this property was perfect for all. We also rented a boat utilizing one of Taylars' suggestions and had a great experience with them, as well. We explored Bradenton/Sarasota & surrounding areas by boat and land. Highly recommend S. Lido Beach - it was beautiful! We look forward to returning

Our stay at Canal Front in Bradenton was a great experience for our family. We really enjoyed the privacy in the back by the pool and the peace and quiet sitting and reading or fishing by the canal. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beach equipment was exactly what we needed when heading to the beach. Smart TVs in every room was a bonus for the kids to watch something during a thunderstorm.

Pictures don’t do justice for how nice the house is. We loved the outside area, especially the pool and the dock. There were 6 of us staying there and with the different areas to be we didn’t feel cramped. The host was vey quick to respond with questions or problems we had. Pool heater wasn’t working and she got it fixed immediately. We would stay here again!

Amazing house!! Someone poured a lot of time (&money) into renovating this place… everything is new~ from flooring to furnishings to fixtures! Hot tub looks brand new (and also has the fun colored light options as the pool does)- both super clean. The house AC must also be new- it kept the place perfectly cool.
There were 6 adults& one child in our group and while the house is not a McMansion, we never once felt crowded. There’s just so much to do - from sitting poolside, to watching boats on the canal deck, to playing ping pong&air hockey, or just lounging and using the smart tv. There’s also a really cute park just a couple blocks away that is bayfront and has a playground and picnic tables which was fun to walk to and look at the fiddle crabs.
Location wise, this place is great. Safe neighborhood- we enjoyed walks throughout. 15-20 minutes from all the best beaches! We explored Anna Maria island, Bradenton Beach, Sarasota, and Lido beach. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is amazing. The house was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Taylar even had starter supplies there for us to make it even easier. Just a short distance from the airport and super convenient for sightseeing. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and definitely felt safe. The Canal was such a cool feature. Even though we didn’t have a boat, it was an awesome place to sit and drink coffee in the morning or watch the fish jump in the evening. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Plenty of floaties and toys to keep anyone busy. The kids had so much fun. The air hockey and table tennis were a hit as well and she even had fuzzy blankets for watching a movie. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice location. Close to town only 15-20 minutes to closest beaches. The only downfall we had was we were not notified the hot tube was broken we were really looking forward to that at night. The pool was great kids loved it. When it downpours the dining area had water coming in so don’t be alarmed it will dry up fast. Other then the hot tub not working it was a great place to stay.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Randy’s house! The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive from the beach. The beds were all comfortable, although the pillows were much fluffier than what I’m used to - but pillows are such a personal thing! The house includes a great beach buggy and 8 awesome, easy-to-pack beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The pool was lovely, though we didn’t have time to experience the hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed, although we would’ve loved a blender! Owner was quick to respond to any question, check-in was super easy…all in all, we had a great stay!

Clean, comfortable canal home with yacht pick up directly behind the house. All the seashore ambience one can look for on Sarasota Bay! Great location to take in all the sights. Well equipped pool home with dock and boat lift, but highly recommend a half day platinum boat tour on a 35 ft yacht ( /Attraction_Review-g635970-dReviews-ULTRA_YACHT-Anna_Maria_Island_Florida.html) instead of renting a boat. They can pick you up at the dock. Great place to stay for both boating and housing, all at affordable rates.
