The minimum rental for this property is 25 years of age or older and three (3) nights a minimum! That registered guest is exspected to stay at the house for the entire stay the property is rented and should any knowledge come to the attention of the Property Manager or Owner, the entire guest list will be removed without any refund. Same goes in regards to the no policy pets, smoking or vaping is allowed in the home or on any outdoor living area of the property please.

This townhouse is only a few steps away from the beach and to many well-known restaurants including Schooners Beach Club that is just a short stroll down the road from your front door. Why wait in line to get seated at Schooners, put your name down and go hangout at your home-away from home while you wait on your text that your table is available and just stroll down the road and be seated. How convenient is that.

Capt. Anderson Restaurant and Seafood Market is a very short drive. This restaurant is a must to experience with a great atmosphere and such tasty to savor. Bring along your boat as there is ample room for parking it right in front of your four car parking, off street and in front of the entrance to the home. The Marina is just 5-10 minutes drive from it.

Should you like to get in a few holes of golf in while on vacation, no problem, just google as there are many to choose from here in PCB and beyond.

Easy access to Thomas Drive has the nest traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times for Spring Break to peak Summer weeks, Thomas drive is bearable in conjunction to the very busy Front Beach Road with its bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hustle and bustle of traffic stop and go action.

Shopping is extremely nearby, There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10-15 minute drive from the townhome. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty store, fund activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some fo the nest restaurants in the area to boot.

Other fun activities to look into would be: Shipwreck Island Water Park is a true blast for the entire family in the heat of the summer months. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-karting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe It or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are five (5) public courses within a few minutes drive from your home-away from home. Signal Hill is just a mile or two down the road, Holiday Club is approximately 12 minutes drive and ios a little more challenging, For the very experienced golfers with great handicaps, Bay Point that boosts two courses is also just 10 minutes drive and Beach Haven.
