We stayed here in the “Honu Hale” house in August 2024 during the Florida Lobster Season. The property is ideally laid out & set up for boaters, divers & fisherman. There’s plenty of dockage and a top-quality boat lift right on the canal in the back yard. Plenty of hose connections & fillet table to clean your catch. The home was cozy and recently renovated by the current host. My mom & dad stayed in the first-floor in-law quarters which they really liked. It has everything including a full kitchen, full bath with easy walk-in shower, CATV and a mini freezer to store ice, bait or your catch in. They liked privacy when the young folks were upstairs. The upstairs was very accommodating with two bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Full kitchen with ample appliances and kitchen needs. Full WIFI and CATV. There is also a washer & dryer upstairs for your laundry. Huge patio upstairs to hang up and have cocktails with guests. Oh…and the backyard faces east, so in the afternoon you have the sun behind you with more comfort at the end of the day. The pool here was splendid! It’s crystal clear with fountain and very refreshing after a hot day out in the sun. Plenty of chairs & floats the host provides to make your stay pleasant. Another great feature of this house design is the shaded parking areas under the house. You can squeeze in 4 vehicles and be out of the sun. And still have plenty of room for a large boat trailer on the side up to 28 feet. This location is in a nice community called White Marlin Beach at MM 74 and is conveniently location near plenty of restaurants, shopping stores, fuel and bars. The access to the Gulf or Atlantic is close and you don’t have to burn a lot of fuel to go diving or fishing on the great reefs nearby. The neighbors are friendly but plz respect the nature & quietness of the keys. The hosts are very nice & accommodating to make sure your stay is comfortable & enjoyed. We would definitely come back here again and feel this rental was value received. Thanks Keith & Carla for allowing us to rent your beautiful property.
