Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs there is a totally independent, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The house is PERFECT for those traveling with different age groups, in-laws, teenagers, or two families. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a 'PERFECT' one.

Being just one-and-one-half hour from Miami and one-and-one-half hour from Key West, you can easily spend a full day in either of the two, and be back on time to watch the beautiful sunset.
We are just one mile from world-famous Holiday Isles, TIKI BAR. There you can sit out by the beach, or take a dip in the pool. Their live entertainment and contests give your vacation the full island effect. As if diving, snorkeling, sunning, boating, and swimming all day were not enough, do not forget to spend an afternoon swimming with the dolphins or the stingrays. Also, just one minute from the house.

This was a perfect house! Easy and quick access to ocean and gulf, docked 35’ boat right at the house, large pool with hot tub, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers, very clean, well stocked, tiki hut, screened in balcony and more! We had 3 teenage boys that stayed in the efficiency downstairs and they were in heaven. So were the adults that stayed upstairs and could enjoy having “space”. And the host, Arlene, was wonderful!

Loved the house and the neighborhood, and the proximity to everything that makes Islamorada such a great place to visit! Jet skiing, breweries, restaurants and shopping! The house was perfect for our group of 6, but definitely could have handled 8 or even 10! The kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was warm and the hottub was hot! Will definitely inquire about availability for our next trip to the Keys.

We had a very nice week at the Perfect Getaway. House is in a very nice neighborhood. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. When we noticed one of the loungers was broken Arlene went out and purchased two brand new ones and had them ubered to us the next day which we thought was great. Close by lots of restaurants, fishing, jet skis. Lots of fun. Thank you Arlene
