This home is perfect for families or small groups, with three full bedrooms plus additional bunk beds built in under the stairwell. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a primary bedroom upstairs on the main level.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor and feature queen-sized beds and flat-screen Smart TVs. The additional bunk beds are available outside the two downstairs bedrooms. The bedrooms on the first level share access to the second full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas sit on the second floor of the home. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you'll need for preparing meals during your stay. There’s also a dining table with seating for six.

The balcony is outfitted with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening happy hour drinks. There’s also a small breakfast table with seating for four if you prefer to dine al fresco. A private backyard patio with a gas grill.

Great rental close to the beach
This is a wonderful rental. It is very modern, well decorated and comfortable. It is also really close to the beach abd Seaside. The golf cart is a great bonus. The hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating. We will definitely be back,

Our Christmas experience
My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about this property. First, our experience with the owner was the best I’ve had. He was easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, and handled everything great professionalism. The townhouse was just as described on the website. It is centrally located to stores, restaurants, golf cart rentals, pretty much anything you are looking for on vacation. The welcome gift we found upon arrival was a surprise, and appreciated. This place is definitely on our list of places that we would stay at again.
