We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and well kept. Balcony had nice view of the beach and pool. Property owner was very nice and prompt with any questions we had. We had a problem with one of the toilets and she had someone out to fix it very quickly. I would highly recommend #712!!

Very nice and clean. Great place for my family to stay. Manager was great about communicating! Same floor parking was very handy for loading and unloading. We went during spring break so there were some spring break behaviors that put a damper on things a couple of times, but that had nothing to do with the place itself. We were overall very happy with our stay.

Our month-long stay was terrific. The condo was exactly as shown on the site. It was well appointed with bedding and kitchen/bath items. It was beautifully decorated. The view was unbelievable and the porch had great furniture to enjoy the ocean. There was a need for a bit of painting and hanging of towel rack in second bath. Just a bit of TLC needed. Our contact, Farah, was very helpful. Check in was easy. The unit was very quiet. We would consider a repeat return

Beautiful condo with a great view and great location. Very clean and the bed and couch was very comfy. The kitchen had cookware and dish ware since we like to cook most of our meals.(we did venture to pineapple Willy’s and saltwater grill too). Host very helpful by texting us before arrival and upon departure.We liked being able to drive up to our floor and unpack. We enjoyed the table on the balcony, taking in that view while enjoying our meals. Don’t forget to try out the ice cream shop near the lobby, the salted Carmel (has chunks of chocolates too) was delicious.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time! The property and unit were very clean. The property patrol gave us a great sense of security. Our host was attentive, but not overbearing. The pool is awesome and it was convenient having the bar and snowcone huts close by. It's a 5 star experience.

Stayed most of the month of Febuary 2023, in Condo 712. Great condo, great building, great location, great parking. Very satisfied. Farah and her whole crew did a super job for us. I reported one little issue with the lock on the balcony door, and they fixed it the very first day. Highly recommend this Emerald Coast and this specific condo.
