The building it's self is almost 20 years old, however the owners have done a great job at maintaining the esthetics and decor. Pros and Cons are as follows: Pros: *Cleanliness *Fluffy soft towels *Smart TVs so you can sign in to all of your streaming platforms *The refrigerator and freezer is spacious *Kitchen is pretty stocked *There is a kitchen cabinet of items that others have left, check it before going to the grocery *Security was everywhere, including at the gate coming into the pool area from the beach. *The pool area and boardwalk to the beach were clean and plenty of spots to rinse off the sand *Current going rate for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach were $50/day *The balcony is spacious with plenty of seating *Great communication from the host Cons: *The distance from the parking garage to the unit is lengthy if you have mobility issues *There's only 1 handicapped parking spot on the 8th floor *The mattresses on all beds were uncomfortable *The music played at the pool can be heard in the unit, even before and after quiet hours *I drive a large SUV and it was VERY tight maneuvering around the garage

The outdoor pool was gorgeous and felt like an island oasis! Since it was cold during our February stay, we used the indoor pool the most but were thankful for both. The view of the ocean was our favorite part about our condo and we had plenty of room for spending our indoor time.

Everything about this rental was 100% described. Farah was an amazing host with the greatest of communication. The unit is nicely updated. Elevators did not give us any issues at all. We went up and down with a breeze. They reserved parking space was on the same floor as your unit and only a short walk away. The beach area was very clean and spacious every day. I would definitely recommend to anyone and rent again.

shores of panama is nice, but very big and sometimes you have to wait your turn for elevators, parking, etc.. it just the way it is with large resorts during peak season. internet in room was slow to get streaming channels but the comcast cable service was fine. bed in MB was a little too soft for me. easy check in, check out, room was ready on time, communication with property management could not have been better.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything went well. The host communicated with us to make sure everything was good. The condo was just right for 8 people. There was plenty to do such as indoor pool, outdoor pool, private entrance to the beach and fitness center. We will be back next year!

This condo was exactly what the pictures show. Very nice. Great walk to the beach, pool and hot tubs. The communication prior to and after the stay with Farrah great. Enjoyed having the parking on the same floor as the condo. Makes things much easier. Great family spring break trip.

Our stay in 823 was great!! Everything was just as described and very clean upon arrival! We had several people in the room with us but there was plenty of room. Great storage, hanging space also!! This was great time of year to go to beach because the weather was so nice! Everyone was super nice about answering questions before our trip and communication was perfect while we were there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again anytime!! Thanks so much for a wonderful trip!!

We all had a great time. We had my grandson who is 2, daughters 21 and 14, son in law, mom and mother in law. We all had a great time. Room was very clean, cozy and even stocked with things to take to beach. Our vacation host Farah was very friendly, helpful and fast at getting back to us and sending us all information we needed for a great stay! Thank you Farah! Condo was very clean, friendly service, close to Walmart and shopping strips, and a short walk to beach, very clean nice pool area. We all enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be back!! If we had one thing we would change it will be booking on first floor. The elevators were very busy.
