Condo 2013 at the Shores of Panama is a fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. It features fresh paint, new furniture, and new flooring. The king master bedroom overlooks the ocean and includes a double balcony located in the center of the building on the 20th floor, offering stunning views of our beautiful lagoon pool and the expansive ocean.
The bunk room is equipped with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, along with a private full bathroom, a window, closet, dresser, and a sliding barn door for added privacy. The full-size sleeper sofa has a gel mattress for extra comfort.
The kitchen is designed with granite countertops and provides plenty of storage space. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker and a Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, a blender, and much more. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available during your stay.

This was our second winter at The Shores. What we like most is the Snowbirds Community. An owner couple, Terry and Jennifer Davis, recognize the importance of this group in the “hard-to-rent-months of January and February and organize events every evening. The result is we developed some close friendships while having fun Monday through Friday, plus pot lucks, SuperBowl party etc…. Farah and her company are great to deal with. The Keurig coffee maker was missing and Farah had one delivered within a few hours. We love Panama City Beach area and the Shores is perfectly located—walking distance to Walmart Supercenter, lots of restaurants, everything needed for an extended stay. And of course, on the beach…

This condo was great! Super clean, very cute decor. The hostess was very attentive and ahead of the game with all communications. The view was perfect-both ocean and pool! Our only complaint was with the elevator situation, it did take some time to get on them during peak times of the day - but prepare for that and you'll have no issues. Certainly not a reason to not rent or not return!

Loved our stay at the Shores of Panama property 2013.The unit was clean, well kept with comfortable furniture and a perfect view of the gulf. Enjoyed having the lounge chair on the large balcony to have my coffee in the morning while overlooking the water and reading. We liked the facilities Shores of Panama had to offer and its walking proximity to Walmart, mini golf and everything else. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pools so it was never a problem getting one even thru March break. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. Saw dolphins and stingrays swimming by which was really neat. We had 5 weeks and it still wasn't enough. Can't wait to go back to enjoy the white sand and crystal clear water.

Our condo was very well maintained and very clean and smelled good also. Everyone seemed very friendly and was a great place to stay. The condo grounds was very pretty with the landscaping and the pool area was unique. We had a wonderful time and hope to get to come again next year.

Lovely place. It was literally nice and clean. You usually see dust bunnies not many but it was spotless. A little issue with the TV staying connected but hell once we got it going 20 minutes in they were sleep.

The condo was nice and well decorated. There were only a few things missing (fitted sheets), but the host immediately took care of it. I feel that the host was on top of it, and had I asked for anything else, they would have taken care of it right away. That's all I can ask. If you like staying in high-rise condos, this is a great place. Personally, the elevators were a little slow, so I probably would prefer another location. But overall, it was a nice place.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The tranquil beach decor with class was exactly what my family needed to relax by the ocean. The check in was swift and simple, the property was immaculate and safe with it's own security and the private beach chair rental right on the ocean front was simply perfect. Steps away from Pineapple Willy's for my frozen daiquiri while my husband and 17 year old son caught the waves on their body boards. The location is perfect. I like that is down from the main strip,away from the traffic yet only took us minutes to get to the best restaurants, shopping and activities. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for making it wonderful!

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo with amazing views. We loved having a larger lower bunk for the teenager. The extended balcony was also great! Parking was convenient to the elevators and all condo amenities were clean and easy to access.

Our condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. We had a great time. The only downfall, which has nothing to do with the condo was the elevators, the wait time was bad and there was always a couple of elevators down throughout the week and getting stuck between floors and the parking garage as there was not alot of room for 2 vehicles to make turns and parking spaces were tight. Very impressed with Kelley and Farah who were quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. I would definitely rent from them again! Hope to be back soon!
