The master king suite includes two nightstands, dresser, TV and your own walk-in closet as well as sliding glass door access to the patio and pool area. Ensuite private bathroom features a large walk around shower and separate granite vanities.
There are two additional bedrooms on the opposite end of the home with a king size bed in guest bedroom one with two nightstands, dresser, walk in closet and direct access to the patio and pool area. There is a queen size bed in guest bedroom two with two nightstands and a dresser. A shared guest bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
The pool area is perfect for relaxing while looking over the peaceful freshwater canal. The triple pocketing sliding doors open completely to the pool area. This home has everything you need for your stay including a fully-equipped kitchen, heated pool, air conditioning and washer/dryer.
You will enjoy free access to two wonderful tennis courts, a party cabana and a children's playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda.

Security- We have one security camera at the front door (ring doorbell) facing the sidewalk/door. One camera will be in the pool area monitoring the exterior doors. These will be on during your stay. Cameras do record visual and audio.

This property is a pleasure to stay at. We were there for a lengthy stay and really enjoyed it. The home is clean, spacious and very well stocked. We loved the pool and used it all the time since our weather was warm and pleasant. The bed we used in the Master Bedroom was extremely comfortable and the attached bathroom and shower a dream. The owner was great to work with especially when a few issues did come up. Thanks for a great winter retreat.

This is a beautiful home that provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Our favorite way to spend time was enjoying the outside area and pool. Very quiet and relaxing -- just what we were wanting. The kitchen is well stocked. The master suite is really nice with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom and shower area. The living area is wide open too. Everything leads to feeling right at home. Kelly was really helpful and easy to work with. We had a few issues that she acted on right away. Thanks for a great stay!

What an amazing place to spend our vacation! This place was spacious, welcoming, extremely clean, well furnished and easily accessible. The pool was amazing!! Close to beaches!! Our host was especially wonderful to interact with, she was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This beautiful, spacious home provided everything we needed for a wonderful trip. There are many beaches just a short drive away and we spent time exploring them all! After our beach adventures, it was wonderful to come back and relax by the pool. We had a great time here and will definitely be back!
