This nicely updated, turnkey villa has everything you need to enjoy your home-away-from-home. The open floor plan includes a large Owners Suite on one side of the villa and a nicely sized Guest Suite on the other side. A den with barn doors offers privacy if you're working remotely or just want a quiet place to read or do Zoom/Facetime with clients or family. The large lanai which backs to a nature preserve even has a tv so that you can enjoy your favorite movie or sports event while enjoying the cool winter evenings. Tiled floors throughout provides easy maintenance during your stay and the interior laundry room is super convenient. And, the 2-car garage offers extra space for any additional bikes (2 are provided), kayaks, small boat etc that you may bring with you.

Burnt Store Marina offers a full service Marina with over 500+ wet slips, dry dock storage and cradle storage, plus a boat ramp (extra fees pertain) Burnt Store Golf and Activity Center offers 27 holes of challenging golf, restaurant and numerous entertaining and educational activities throughout the year.
