Welcome to a Sunny Upscale Vacation Villa, furnished to a high standard, with lots of space and very close to the Disney Theme Parks, Universal and Sea World theme parks. We pride ourselves on offering a villa which is above the rest not only on amenities, but also on spaciousness and luxury!
Royal Palms Mansion is located in Kissimmee, Florida near Route 192 (one minute away). It is 10 minutes from Disney Theme Parks like Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney MGM studios, in a upscale neighborhood. Close to Sea World, Universal dinner shows etc it is ideally located for exploring the central Florida region. There are many restaurants on route 192 ranging from McDonald's to Medieval Times that cater to every palate and budget.
This luxury villa has space: about 1750 square feet to spread out in with 4 bedrooms (of which 2 are en-suite Bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Game Room. The villa can sleep 10 people and it is furnished tastefully to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned, there is free unlimited Wi-fi internet access in the Villa and free unlimited phone calls to Canada and USA. Any Boats or RVs are not allowed in the development.
The Game room features Pool, Air Hockey, Playstation 2, ping pong, darts etc. A fresh set of Towels, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave and conventional ovens, quality fresh linen in bed and all pots and pans are furnished for your use during the stay in the villa. we have a Washer Dryer for laundry and the Villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a TV in every bedroom along with a drawer chest and the family room has a TV and a DVD Player as well. There is a pack-n-play for kids, all free. Additionally, we provide a digital safe for your use. The pool is larger than usual, not overlooked, and it gets the sun pretty much most of the day.

Kids love the Large Pool! Plus the Scooby Doo themed Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds. It's an adventure they will remember!
Area Information
Quiet, Safe Neighborhood near the Super Wal Mart on Route 191, about 20 minutes from the Disney Gates by car. There is a Super Wal Mart within 2 minutes of driving distance from here. The neighborhood has a Block Watch and Sheriff's deputies petrol the area regularly.
Favorite Places To Eat
There's Medieval Times restaurant and Show on Route 192 near the house. There are literally dozens of restaurants starting from McDonalds to TGI Fridays near the house. There is a Fridays, Golden Corral , Burger King and McDonalds very near to the villa.

The house was very easy to find, quiet neighborhood and Walmart was 2 minutes away. The was neat and tidy with all kitchen amenities needed to prepare a home cook meal. The Air conditioner was the best, the house was cool all day. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The game room was great, I did laundry and was able to play a few rounds of pool.If i get a chance will come back again year.

This was the first time we had stayed in this house, we are regular visitors to Orlando and we know the area well. This house is located in our favourite area and is minutes away from Walmart which is a real bonus. The house is ideal for days out in the theme parks either Disney, Universal or Seaworld. We had a fantastic holiday using this house for 16 nights as our base. The house is a good size 4 bed with pool and 3 bathrooms with all the facilities that you need. My two boys loved the pool and the pool table and the beds were very comfortable also a big plus on other homes we have stayed in before. We will be sure to use this property again the next visit to Orlando it has everything you need for a great holiday but most of all it’s location is just fantastic

Absolutely fantastic villa in a great location jusy minutes from Disney (10 minutes at most) really clean luxurious property. Our second holiday here and we will be back in the future. Really has everything you could need to have a magical holiday. Very large property in a very quiet area close to supermarkets and restaurants Spotlessly clean on arrival and gets the sun all day super relaxing home from home

Absolutely idyllic villa so close to Disney and shops and restaurants yet far enough away for the peace and quiet. Has everything needed for an amazing holiday even down to private pool which is not overlooked and a great size. Nice size open plan kitchen diner and living room with two dining areas. TVs in most rooms with roku boxes for when you want some relaxing time away from the parks and all helps make the villa a perfect home from home. Very clean comfortable and spacious you couldn’t ask for more. Happy to be contacted with any questions
