The main living area offers a nice flow from the front door to the lanai. The Master has a king size bed; one guest room has 2 twin beds and the other guest room has a trundle bed with standard size twins mattresses. All the beds have new Casper mattresses. The layout of the condo offers a beautiful view of the Gulf, Wiggins Pass, and a canal that is great for fishing. The grounds have a swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, and a Tiki area with grills. There is a private storage area across from the elevator which contains a beach wagon to help get the chairs, towels, canopy, etc. to the beach.
Across the street from Wiggins Pass and the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Walking distance to the LaPlaya for a nice breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktail. Mercato is just a short 9 minute drive. Pool at the condo and tennis courts or pickle ball courts.
Beach or Wiggins is a short walk across the street. Excellent fishing in the gulf or in the canal behind the condo.

CarolAmazingly equipped, beach access condo!
The condo was newly decorated and furnished with everything we needed for a lovely vacation. In particular, the kitchen was the best-equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental unit. There was a great variety of toys/games/books and beach toys for children of all ages! All of the furniture, beds, bedding, and towels were brand new. Our host, Sally, was very responsive to any questions or issues. We would highly recommend this condo for a stress-free vacation rental!
