NEWLY renovated seasonal rental including all new appliances located in lovely Quail Creek Village within an enchanting-gated community with the Country Club Lifestyle feel. An elegant escape with access to endless entertainment and a Golfer's Haven! Located on a cul-de-sac within easy to a small guest parking lot. This one floor home has two bedrooms plus a den which sleeps 2 additional people and has a privacy divider from the main living space, 2 baths, 1.5 car garage, wet bar, high ceilings, great natural lighting with tile and wood floors throughout. The home is secured with an ADT system including door sensors, interior away from home motion sensor and video doorbell.
The master bedroom opens out to the courtyard and has a master suite that offers a large walk-in closet, generous bathtub and a large shower. The master bedroom slider has remote controlled blinds to easily put up and down. The second bedroom has a king size bed and large, full wall closet. The den with room divider option has its own entrance to the lanai. The large kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate most self-acclaimed chiefs cooking needs. Washer and dryer is included.
You can relax on the huge screened-in lanai overlooking the golf course and enjoy grilling on the large, partially covered courtyard.
A 90 day minimum rental is required per the association. Golf membership is available upon request (membership cost/fees are an additional cost).
This is a seasonal rental with a minimum of 90 days per the HOA bylaws and no more than 6 months. All potential tenants must apply and be approved by the HOA. There is $100 non-refundable HOA application fee. The lease will include a copy of the HOA by-laws and the renter must abide by all HOA by-laws. The owner pays for all utilities including cable/internet/ADT security.

About the host: A little about me, I'm an Air Force veteran and have been working in IT for 30 years. I have traveled the United States and lived in multiple areas and happy to now call Florida my home. I have elderly parents which a provide part-time care giving which is why I am renting this season.
Why this property? My home is located in a unique area which has a beautiful tree lined road to the front gate entrance. The house is located near the front-gate and has a small guest parking lot across the street which is convenient when having visitors. All of the community amenities are located within walking distance.
This is peaceful community with beautiful landscaping. There are two outdoor areas: a large-covered lanai overlooking the golf course and a partially covered large front courtyard which provides sun exposure and nice lighting for the kitchen.
