About this rental
Beautiful Beach House, 3 bedroom/3 full bathrooms just steps from the sandy beach on Cape San Blas. Featured on HGTV as a prime vacation home, this home is only a short stroll to the board walk through natural sand dunes to the private beach of the Cape Dunes community located at the southern end of CSB. The large 20' x 24' back deck has a new and well maintained private 6 man hot tub, swing bed, table and chairs, comfy loungers- plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the ocean breeze. The spacious open plan on the first floor includes seating for eight, fully loaded kitchen, and living area with 55" smart TV. Internet is 1000 GB for anyone needing to work or school during your stay. Upstairs has three spacious, comfortable bedrooms with high quality linens: master with king bed and private bath, queen bed with bath, and bunk room with sleeping for four.
At the end of your day at the beach, outdoor shower rinses away sand. While enjoying a cold beverage on the back deck or in the hot tub, the biggest decision you'll have to make will be whether to eat out at a delicious local restaurant, order in, or stay home and cook up seafood just caught from the ocean that day. Heaven!

Why this property? We love the Port St Joe area, and vacationed there for years before buying property. We use the house personally 2-3 months out of the year, and rent it to friends and vacationing guests the rest of the year. We take great pride in providing a comfortable, "everything you could possibly want or need", high-end, beautiful home for family and friends memories to be made. The maintenance of the home is done by us, every time we visit our tasks include deep cleaning, repairs, replacements, and several days of improvement projects.
We hope you love our beach home as much as we do!

Relaxing Vacation
We stayed a full month and loved it! The house was very well-appointed and well-equipped. There was plenty of room for all of us. The covered porch and swing were an awesome respite after long days on the beach. Even in the middle of summer, the hot-tub was a wonderful perk. Relaxing in the spa and watching the stars was one of the highlights of our stay. The house is conveniently located near the beach... just a short walk away. It is also well situated with respect to local points of interest. It is a short and easy drive to Port St. Joe, where you'll find many restaurants and shops. All the restaurants in Port St Joe were good, but our favorite is Indian Pass Raw Bar... not in Port St. Joe, but on the main road towards Apalachicola, which is another great place for a day trip. And don't forget to go to the state park at the end of the peninsula. The beach is beautiful with very few people. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a relaxing vacation in a well-taken care of home with plenty of extras.
