The back lanai has golf course views and is the perfect place to drink your evening cocktail and watch a game. The front lanai is a great place to relax and and enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

The unit sleeps 5 comfortably with a King in the master and a Queen in the spare bedroom. A twin daybed in the den adds additional sleep space. The Den can become private by closing the pocket doors. The bedroom closets have shelving, for your personal items. The unit offers 5 flatscreen TV's; a large TV in the living room, one in each bedroom and Den, and one on the back lanai. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Just steps away is a pool, tennis court, hot tub. The Miles of sidewalk allow for safe walking, jogging and biking. A one car garage contains beach chairs, umbrellas, lawn chairs, cooler, gas grill and two Townie bikes.

All utilities (electric, cable, Wi-Fi) are included. There parking in front of garage area and additional parking close by.

The Sanibel Causeway, taking you to the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, is only 3 miles away. Bunche Beach, a hidden gem, is 2 miles away and an easy bike ride to spend the day on the Gulf. Close by are the training parks for the Boston Red Sox - Jet Blue Park and the Minnesota Twins - Century Link Sports Complex. Lovers Key State Park is nearby, which is a fantastic 712 acre state park with many beaches and mangroves for you to enjoy. Adjacent to Kelly Greens, and only 3 minutes away, is the Sanibel Outlet stores for shopping and many restaurants.
