We are less than 8 minutes to Rays games, approximately 20 minutes to Pass-a-Grill Beach and approximately 25 minutes to TIA (Tampa International Airport). We are closer to St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport. For those of you flying private, Albert Whitted Airport is adjacent to downtown St. Petersburg.
All TV's are Apple TV's.

We remain available to answer any questions. We do have other properties in the area at more affordable prices, please call us if this property is not a suitable fit for you.
Unique Benefits
Home allows for many spots where your family can be together, and equally important, many spots where you can get alone time. This is especially important if virtually every day of every Holiday includes some form of work. Whether that is Zoom Calls, Conference Calls, Reading Documents or returning a cozillion E-Mails and Phone Calls. Home is set up for working. Some weeks we work as much from home as we do at our offices. And our offices are less than 8 minutes from home.
Why Kids Love It
Resort Pool, Lage Putting Green, Pool Table, Foos Ball Table, Large Yard and proximity to many activities. Hard to get bored at this home and in the Tampa Bay Area. Adults tend to appreciate all of the above as well.
Area Information
Wonderful quiet neighborhood in the shadow of Downtown St. Petersburg with easy access to the many activities and attractions the Tampa Bay Area has to offer. Starting with the many fine dinning establishments in Downtown. These include but are certainly not limited to Sea Salt, Cassis, Birch & Vine, Brick & Mortar, The Mill, Stillwaters Tavern etc. etc. Also of note is Urban Still House of Horse Soldier Fame which is not in downtown but still convenient. Reservations are recommended for all of these.
Other activities include Rays Baseball games at Tropicana Field (less than a 10 minute drive), Rowdies Soccer Games, boating, fishing, heading to the beach, Dali and 3 other Museums, Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowery Park, Florida Aquarium, waterfront parks, various boutique women's apparel stored, multi-screen movie theater less than 5 minutes from home etc. etc.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
It is a nice walk down to the water front parks. Many people use the sidewalk along the water to jog. The sidewalk is almost continuous for several miles. There are several restaurants within a couple blocks of the home. First Watch (Breakfast & Lunch), Three Birds and Grand Hacienda.
There is also a world class "competition" swimming pool in the park close to our home. North Shore Pool hosts swim meets on a regular basis. There is also a nice splash pool with slides for kids (and adults i guess) at North Shore Pool.
Favorite Places To Eat
Too many to name. And too many categories to cover. Fine Dinning, Casual, Very Casual, Tapas, Outdoor Dinning, etc. etc. One thing you will not get a recommendation for is a National chain restaurant. Well other than First Watch for Breakfast because it is literally a block and a half away. There are truly too many locally owned restaurants to consider any restaurant in which you could frequent at home or in another City. I will have a list waiting of options for you to consider. We strongly encourage you to try Urban Stillhouse.
Inside Scoop
I can provide you a route to Tropicana Field that will often get you to the Rays games in less then 10 minutes:)

About the owner: I have been in St. Petersburg since 1964 and I am obviously extremely familiar with everything St. Petersburg. I have been a full time real estate broker ever since graduating college (over 35 years and counting). It is the only career i have ever had, and the only career i want. Real Estate is my FULL time career. My wife is a Board Certified Trial attorney (DEFENSE attorney). Both of our offices have always been in St. Petersburg. We have three boys and typically all of our vacations center around being together. When we travel, we typically go Skiing in Park City or Big Sky or head to Wisconsin to see her family. We are Packers season Ticket Holders. Being in sunny St. Petersburg, we are boaters and one of our boys is an avid golfer. As you can imagine, with this being our family's home, we do not often have guests that are either non-family members or friends. Our three boys are all attending college. One at West Point, one at U of Florida and one at St. Petersburg College.
Why this property? My wife fell in love with this house the second we turned the corner. There was no real estate sign up in the yard when we drove by, but when i went on line, the house had just been placed on the market. We then turned a house into a HOME. We have, and are continuing to raise our three boys in our home. We think of this home as an integral part of our family. As a result of my wife being from the mid-west and being catholic (large families), we are regularly having visitors from the VERY COLD north. It is nice when you live in a place in which friends and family always want to visit. It does not hurt that St. Petersburg holds the records for most sunny days in a row. This is a home we HOPE we never have to sell.

Luxury all aroumd
This was the perfect house for hosting family and friends throughout our month stay. With beautiful bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. It was completely decked out and you felt as if the family had just left and handed you the keys. Unlike many sterile rentals, this house was full of personality and character. Each room was wonderful to explore -- there were architectural delights throughout. The outdoor space couldn't have been nicer, too, with a phenomenal pool and hangout space. The location was also perfect -- close enough to all the restaurants and attractions of downtown St. Pete but far enough to be in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, too. The host was also extremely gracious and responded immediately to any requests.
