Unique Benefits
Cherie Down Park and Beach has lifeguards and is so close to our little beachhouse, you can just stroll over with the wagons and beachy items. We love how quiet the house is and how peaceful the street is. You can see the beach from the window of the bedroom and when out on the deck can smell the ocean breeze. The neighbors are lovely and helpful.
Why Kids Love It
Lots of fun things to do in the area. Bike to the Pier or go boogie boarding in the ocean. There's so many places to visit locally for the kids. You have to check out the Wizard of OZ museum, try the go carts and feed Alligators just down the street, The dinosaur museum is amazing and huge!
At 980 Sq. feet, this is a cozy little townhome that is completely updated and clean. Walking to the beach takes 2 minutes since it's right across the street. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
We have a very large yard area for relaxing and outdoor dining. The master has a balcony and private deck along with a nice Queen bed. There are 3 beds in the second bedroom (a Double / Twin bunk as well as a twin trundle. We also have a queen sofa bed if needed, but space will be tight in the living room.

I do allow some small hypoallergenic dogs. My family is very allergic to shedding dogs, so I can't allow them. Seaglass is such a fantastic little property, you can smell and hear the ocean on the balcony and walk to see the sunrise / sunset across the street at the beach.

241 cherie down ln Cape Canaveral, fl We have been here several times and the only reason we are not returning is we have a hard time with the stairs. We found a one story around the corner for next year so we could access the same park which is only about 600 steps from the Cherie Down LA house. The house has bikes, boogie boards and other beach toys and a very well stocked house and location. We loved this place. a

241 CHERIE DOWN LANE CAPE CANAVERAL, FL GREAT LOCATION only about 600 steps to the beach and park There is about anything you would need for the beach, biking etc. and the house is well equipped with all convinces, plus more than adequate towels, bedding etc. all you need is your clothes and fishing gear. we've been here several times and love the location. the only reason we are not returning to this home is the stairs are getting harder for us to clime, so we found a ranch style around the corner.

Thank you! You were an amazing guest as well.
An amazing stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elise’s place in Cape Canaveral. The house itself is so cute, had everything we needed, and accommodated my family very comfortably. And you can’t beat the location - so close to the beach and the Kennedy Space Center. We were lucky enough to see 2 rocket launches from the beach across the street! Elise was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a great stay and I’m hoping we can come back again!

Thank you Daniel, it was a pleasure to host you and your wife. :)
Amazing stay during a crazy time!
TLDR; - This place is awesome. You won't regret staying here.If you want more, continue below!I've stayed in quite a few vacation rental properties and this is one of the best! Both the outside and inside are super cute and clean. There are lots of places to sit both inside and out where you can feel the wonderful beach breeze.I can't believe how close the beach is. There are 2 different beach access points within steps of the front door. The owners provide plenty of beach gear for your use including chairs, body boards, a cooler, and a super convenient wagon to haul everything. When you come back from the beach, there is a nice outside shower and hose to keep beach sand out of the house. If you are a rocket lover, this is a great place to see a launch. More Starlink satellites were deployed while we were there. A quick walk to the beach provides a great view as long as the weather is clear. We had some clouds so we were only able to see the lift off but even that was amazing. There are lots of food places in this area so you never have a hard time finding something to eat nearby. The fridge is clean and there are ice trays. There are plenty of cooking supplies so you can cook a meal or two to save some money or just enjoy a home cooked meal.We were there during the 2022 hurricane Ian so we had to get our own food and bottled water and shelter in place. The place weathered the storm beautifully. Since we were stuck inside, it was time to watch a little TV. The TV with Roku soundbar in guest mode provided just the entertainment we needed while stuck indoors. If you are an internet addict like I am you will be pleased with the super fast internet speeds provided in this place. It makes working remotely easily (if you have to catch up on some items at work) and provides a seamless streaming experience for movies. As I said, we were there during hurricane Ian and our flight was delayed a day. We reached out to the hosts and they graciously allowed us to stay an additional day without charging us the additional day cost! I have never had that level of kindness by hosts! This is definitely a gem of a place. You should book it when time is available!
