This is is a large condo with an abundance of window area. The Condo provides a unique floor layout that is welcoming and roomy. The view overlooks the pool/hot tub with the ocean in the background. Several elevators provided quick and convenient access. Two floors of parking had ample spaces available. Great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at Seahaven. Farah, our host was always friendly and helpful.

The check in process was seamless and very easy with text message directions. The condo was a perfect size for my family of four (two adults and two kids). The location was great with close proximity to restaurants. View from the condo was breathtaking overlooking pool and ocean. Condo was super clean and functional with comfy beds, new fridge, new washer/dryer and full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

It was terrific from the beginning to the very end. I was blown away by how friendly the people who work there were I mean everybody was nice and helpful. There was a mixup with my parking pass and wristbands. They fixed it very quickly and it was a non-issue just the way they handled. It was very professional. The resort itself is very clean. It’s in a perfect location to view the gulf.My only traveler tip would be that unless you plan on driving to another area you don’t need a car there everything is close by. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at.

This is our second time staying at Origin and we always enjoy staying there. It is a good location for many reasons. We come for the Jazz Festival and Origin is close but not to close so you don't get stuck in all of the traffic trying to get into the festival. Parking was always available and you have beach access right across the street. I picked Origin this time because the prices were so much better than the other places in the area.

Great stay at this Condo! Origins is a very nice and well maintained condo complex! We felt very secure because of the security measures they take in the building. The beautiful pool was well maintained and has great views of the gulf! Farrah, our hostess was very helpful and accommodating during our 3 week stay. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable - the views are amazing!! We would highly recommend staying at this condo!!

Hello What a great experience! Clean and fantastic view from balcony. Condo was super clean and perfect for my stay. Wifi was good. Plenty of towels, and toiletries. When arriving, I was greeted by security which supplied garage code and made me feel safe because I was traveling alone. I never felt scared, staff was always around. Pool and hottub were great. Beach access was across the street but so easy to get to from the building. Beautiful stay and I would highly recommend. Thanks

We loved our stay here. I’ve stayed in this building many times but I think this unit is our favorite. The building is situated perfectly for all Panama City Beach has to offer. It has a great view, great pool, and great security people. Our unit was clean and had an amazing layout. It was just me and my wife but having two toilets is amazing and a rarity this close to the beach. Our hosts were great communicators and everything was as advertised or better. Very clean and in good repair. We will be staying here again on our next trip if it’s available.

This condo is as beautiful as the pictures portray. Farah/Kelly were very attentive before and during my stay. The condo staff is helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are perfect for couples, individuals and families. There are restaurants within walking distance, a Walmart for any essentials you may need and several nice restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. It was great to have a washer & dryer to have clean clothes to take home in our suitcases. I will definitely book again whenever I'm in the area.

Really appreciated the information from Farah at Emerald Coast Realty...she is very helpful & kind:)Nice 1 bedroom condo with beautiful views of pool & Gulf. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable sofa & chairs in the living area. Lovely lanai!Only had 2 issues, the king size bed could use a new mattress & the carpet could use a good stream cleaning. Not sure if anything can be done with the 9am-9pm same 70's music being played day in & day out at the pool. It was a little much if you are in the condo for awhile.

I believe I was the first to rent this unit with the new owner. Overall it was a great trip and stay at this unit. There were things that happened that I reported and they were immediately addressed and resolved. The condo is the perfect size for one person and the view is out of this world!!! I literally sat on the balcony and watched the sunset and was able to see the beach while I was relaxing in the unit. I would definitely stay at this location and unit again. Close to great eating options and close to Pier Park for shopping. I skipped the front desk since I had a keyless check in. The parking deck is attached which was perfect and the overflow parking is attached as well.
