Strict one month minimum rental period. Min 7 days notice and $150 application fee required by Condo Association with rental application. Laundry shared among 8 units on the floor (just down the fresh-air hallway). Kids allowed, but we have open balconies on the 10th floor so not appropriate for small children and climbers! Unfortunately, this building does not allow guests to bring pets.

Area Information

Just one mile south of the action at famous Clearwater Beach, Sand Key is made up primarily of condo buildings and a couple of high-end hotels. Excellent shops and restaurants located across the street at the Shoppes on Sand Key mean you can easily run out and grab the essentials (including wine!) when you need to and don't feel like getting in a car.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Sand Key State Park is a 10 minute walk north on the beach. Famous Clearwater Beach is just a mile north across the bridge (walkable).

Columbia, Backwaters, VIP Mexican at Indian Rocks, great Italian at Casa Italia, Marina Cantina at Clearwater Beach has lovely rooftop dining. And I can never leave there without having had a grouper sandwich at Frenchy's! So many others to discover!
