We stayed here February 2025. It was great. The owner was in town and very attentive to all of our questions. We entertained a few times while we were there and had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, and the pool/hot tub really made it a great place to relax. It truly is 15 minutes from wherever you would like to go, from gulf beaches to downtown St Petersburg. We look forward to staying here again.

Tony W.Great location with beautiful pool/back yard
We stayed here 2 separate months and both times we were very pleased. Rich is a great host and his home was very clean and spacious. Wonderful location that is close the mall, the beaches and everything in between. The back yard has a nice pool and hot tub and the patio area has plenty of seating and the use of grills for your cookouts. We hope to stay here again sometime soon.
