- LOCATION: we are a block and 3 houses from the beach access at the end of Barracuda Street, exactly 2/10ths of a mile or about a 3-minute walk. Only a half-mile to the Bass Pro shop and 85+ shopping and restaurants at The Destin Commons.
*WE PROVIDE*: free chair service for 6 which is 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas right at the water's edge (seasonal), a stand-up-paddleboard (SUP), appx a dozen folding sand chairs, a rolling beach cart, two rolling coolers, a dozen beach towels, some pool floats. And take everything to the beach on the golf cart!
*** OPTIONAL POOL HEAT: Pool heat is offered seasonally between October and May, but it is subject to weather and owner discretion. Extreme temperatures will make heating the pool not feasible, and the ability to heat the pool is NOT guaranteed. Pool Heat must be purchased IN ADVANCE for the entire/duration of stay and will be billed at the time of the request by Stripe Invoice. Hot tub heat is FREE for 5 hours a day and is set to 100.
*** CAMERA NOTE: there are two exterior cameras at this house. One is a ring-style doorbell camera pointed out from door. The second is overlooking parking area and allows us to monitor parking, putting out and removing trash bins, and protecting our property in the off-season. ***
