Pass-A-Grille is a quaint, laid back beach town located at the southern end of St Petersburg Beach.
Located 2 blocks north of the historic Don CeSar Hotel and directly across the street from the beach. This one-bedroom, one bath is 10 min walking to the beach walking distance to all you will need during your stay. Charming shops, local art galleries, groceries stores, the fishing pier, notable restaurants, beautiful beaches and more. Pass-A-Grille is located just 15 minutes from downtown St Petersburg, downtown Gulfport and a quick 40 minutes from Tampa Airport.

Area Information

The semi-private beach access is directly across the street at the 37th st corner which is only steps from the parking lot north or toward the St Pete bch strip. No huge parking lots and swarms of people on YOUR beach. Follow the beach access is a "trail" through the dunes for about 20 yards before reaching the flat portion of the beach and the water! As an alternative or if you just don't want to get sandy again, there is a brand new 50 room boutique hotel at the same corner of 37th street now! It has a roof top bar if you don't want to walk through the sand for sunsets or you can walk one block behind the property to McPherson Bayou which has beautiful blue/green water, shade trees that you can walk parallel to Gulf Blvd all the way to the Bay Way which dead ends into the Don Cesar Hotel. Other than the historic Don Cesar and this new boutique hotel, there are no big hotels with masses of people crowding YOUR beach.

All of these condos were renovated and are fully furnished and have fully stocked baths and kitchens etc. You WILL get a good night’s sleep on these great mattresses! There is plenty of room for guests during your stay as there is a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in this 700 sqft condo. The open concept with the kitchen and bar that adjoin the living area with 40” TV make it perfect for entertaining or just casually dining. There is a flat screen cable TV in the bedroom as well. Two WIFI systems are set up just in case one goes down. The WIFI 5G dual band to keep everyone happy.

You can walk to just about anything you need! You can walk to just about anything you need! Or take the “Free Beach Ride” which is a service that will give you a ride up or down the beach and only charges gratuity! Head north to the St Pete bch strip for any shopping, convenience, gas, banking or groceries. There are also popular hot spots such as the Undertow bar, Jimmy B's, Toasted Monkey and the Post Card Inn for music dancing etc. Or calmer restaurants and piano bars such as Silas's Steak house or Agave for the best margaritas! If you head south you'll discover the more bohemian artsy style village of Pass A Grille which is the last point of land on the peninsula. I highly suggest that you take the short ferry ride out to Shell Key for the day. Pack a lunch and drinks and then prepare yourself for the paradise of your own private island

There is NO other beach hamlet along the Gulf that has the ease of access to I-275 via the Bayway. Literally just a few miles or 5 minutes to the main interstate system that will take you to the Sky Way bridge to Anna Maria Island or to downtown St Pete and the various restaurants along beach drive or to cultural destinations such as the Dali museum. That is if you can pull yourself off the powder soft, sugar white beach that is only steps away !
