The condo includes one assigned free parking spot. Accommodations feature a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a heated pool, BBQ area, pickleball court, and shuffleboard. Free Wifi and telephone service are provided in the condo. It's just a short walk to restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and mini-golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
