The master bedroom features a brand-new king bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and there's a 55" Smart TV in the living room, complete with a sound bar and sub-woofer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining area and comfortable balcony seating to savor the stunning sunsets. The condo features all-tile flooring and a brand-new full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
