Enjoy all the comforts of home in this beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, featuring a King bed in the master suite and twin beds in the guest room. The kitchen, bathrooms, mattresses, and furnishings have been recently updated. This all-tiled unit boasts a private balcony with panoramic views of the beach and gulf, where the soothing sounds of the waves and sights of dolphins can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and living room. Please note: both bathrooms are equipped with showers, no bathtubs. A must-stay experience!.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
