Fort Myers is just a short drive to the Everglades and Naples. The Key West Express is a fast boat that leaves Fort Myers for Key West. Stay overnight in Key West or return the same night.
BUNCHE beach is a nature beach which is very close with no traffic problems. Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel beaches are also just about 6 miles away.

There is a Lee county recreation center within walking distance which has a gym and courts and all kinds of classes and activities

About the host: I live in Fort Myers year round and bought 5 townhomes for my grandchildren. Until they are old enough to live here, I decided to rent them to vacationers. I have 2 ready to rent and I am living in one. And I am working on the other two!
I am a fourth generation Floridian who was born in north Florida at my grandmother’s house. I moved to Fort Myers from Miami. But I am an Army brat so I have lived around the world. I also have an apartment at ShellPoint here in Fort Myers.
Sail Harbour is one of the nicest and safest gated communities in this area in my opinion which is why I own five.

During the high season which is December thru March all rentals start at the beginning of the month. Other months it is possible

The HOA does not allow any renters or their guests to have pets.
