There are no stairs and you are steps from off-street parking. This home has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom. Space sleeps 4 with two Queen beds. Family friendly and PET friendly space with fenced back patio area and pack n' play in one of the closets. FREE off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles. 5 blocks from the beach and walking distance to Off the Hook, Schooner's beach restaurant, and Captain Anderson's Marina. You will be walking distance to several beach access points or you can park a golf cart at the property. This is a pet friendly home with a $150 pet fee per pet.

: My name is Elizabeth and I live in rural Colorado. I'm a realtor in Colorado and we have both long- and short-term rental properties. We enjoy hosting guests year round and providing a home away from home. We have a wonderful team locally that helps us with maintenance and cleaning. We pride ourselves in providing clean, updated properties. I live in Colorado with my three children and husband. We enjoy raising horses and cattle and being outdoors. We enjoy our Florida property a couple times a year and love Panama City Beach for the small-town atmosphere.

Why this property?

Our property is located on the east side of PCB away from the hustle and big touristy attractions. Much more of a small town, homey feel on the east side. The quiet neighborhood is lovely to walk through to the beach. There is also a boat dock and ramp just three blocks from our property. The grocery store is a 5-minute drive along with local restaurant favorites. We are just a couple minutes from St Andrews State Park to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

The most perfect pet-friendly place with a wonderful host!!!

I can not say enough good things about this rental! I stayed for a week here with my family and my dogs and we absolutely loved it! It is decorated so cute and beachy! The location was perfect for us, we walked to the beach every day. It is in a quiet neighborhood, you have your own private fenced in back yard that is perfect for the dogs, mine loved running around back there. This is in the quieter, less congested part of Panama City and was perfect for us. The beach was not crowded at the public entrance we would walk to, and the walk through the neighborhood to the beach was very pleasant. Our host, Elizabeth, was wonderful! Anything I needed or any questions I had, she got back to me immediately. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. I will absolutely be staying here again when we take our next trip to Panama City. This is my go to from now on. If you are looking for a cute, quiet, dog and family friendly rental that is clean and close to the beach, this is it! Book it, you won't regret it! I could have stayed in this house forever!
