About the host: We are Canadian Realtors and this is our first vacation rental in Florida. It was a Unicorn when we found it…not only with the spectacular location to the parks and shops but the home itself. We take pride in offering an up to date, modern, luxury accommodation with absolutely everything you need! We are always only a text away and have a full time property manager originally from the UK who is readily available.
Why this property? Where do I start? Private heated pool with no neighbours behind in a very safe and quiet community, Sunshine Villa is meticulously maintained with all new furnishings, linens and mattresses Oct 2022. Counter tops all all granite not only in kitchen and 3 recently updated bathrooms but also the large outdoor kitchen/bar with speaker system and TV. This home offers TWO master bedrooms with walk out to the pool and ensuites along with a “Baby Yoda” Bunkhouse room that sleeps 6 children and two additional bedrooms with queen beds.

The owners were very nice and had a well stocked kitchen and home for our stay. The neighbor hood was nice and quiet and we would definitely stay at their home again. My Grandkids were allowed to come and use the pool during our visit. Their pool was nice and clean the entire time and the beds were very comfortable.

Just needed to write a few words about this fabulous home! We stay for a month and everything was GREAT! This home is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home! The outdoor BBQ area and pool is awesome as well! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet! Claire was very helpful.....and patient.....and so pleasant to deal with! This beautiful house is located near Disney and is spacious, with lots of natural light. The pool is very welcoming, and I spent most of my spare time outside. I highly recommend and plan to rebook at this location in 2025.

We had an excellent time in Feb 2023! Amazing location - central to theme parks, shopping, restaurants, golf and easy to day trip to beaches. Lovely quiet location, beautiful screened in pool and deck, floor plan is perfect for families and beautifully furnished an equipped with all the necessities and beyond. We will be back and highly recommend!

I had a wonderful week in Davenport. A nice quiet community but close to all the fun of Florida. So much to see and do. The house is huge with a great pool and amazing outdoor kitchen space.

We booked our vacation here in April 2023. There were 5 of us (all women), so we each had our own rooms which was awesome! Everything about this place is excellent, with a perfect layout!The outdoor space and pool was amazing! Excellent location for shopping, Disney Parks etc. The booking process was easy, and Claire was very responsive to all questions we had. This house has tons of space for large families or multiple couples. Would highly recommend and will book again for sure

We had a wonderful visit to the Sunshine Villa in March of 2023. The location is perfect for those who are visiting Florida on a family Disney vacation. Minutes to the parks, shopping and all the amenities a family needs in order to have the perfect stay. The Villa is spacious and clean with large rooms. The pool, spa and bar make it feel like you are at your own personal resort! The hosts, Claire and Dave were fantastic and accommodated our every need. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone planning a Disney Vacation. We will definitely be returning!

We find that the photos usually are nicer than the property but this was the exception. The flooring in the bedrooms was updated to luxury vinyl and the finishings even more modern and luxurious than in the photos. Great location close to everything. 12 min to Disney Springs and 3 min to Groceries and Champions Gate! A. Must stay!
