Our grandparents blessed us with two classic beach houses on the prettiest spot on the island. To make it affordable they lovingly converted the classic 100 year old homes into 6 seaside villas. Unit 4 is our one bedroom villa on the second floor of the beach house.

That it feels like staying at their grandparent's beach house, Much different than staying at the typical big box condo with dozens of people sharing the beach. On our semi-private beach the sand pipers and sea gulls outnumber the tourists.
